Eva Says No To Fur

Eva Mendes didn’t want to be chastised by the folks who hate fur, just as the Olsen twins were last week, so she did something about it. She posed in her birthday suit for PETA. Y’all know what PETA is by now – the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals – and they don’t want you or your mama wearing fur. And in solidarity, Eva Mendes doesn’t want you wearing fur either, so there. We caught the gorgeous Eva last night at the unveiling of her PETA poster in Beverly Hills. Hollywood goes back and forth with the fur thing. There are definitely some celebrities who are adamant about banning fur from their wardrobes, but there are still many who love to wear dead animals on their bodies. Eva grew up in Los Angeles, though, so it’s not like homegirl needed to wear fur during winter. It’s not like she has to go through a 12-step program to cut off fur from her life.
