Yes, Sand is now working for Lutfi to improve his media profile.

BUT, Sands WAS Kaplan’s media person! In fact Sands worked for Kaplan until Lutfi hired him. Crazy right? So, of course Kaplan would feel that Sands should not tell certain things because that could work against Kaplan’s case.

I do not trust Sands. Or pagesix for that matter. This is for the custody lawyers, I doubt it has anything to do with Lutfi.

Also, in that article, Sands says he would testify at the restraining hearing. HAHA, did Sands even know Lutfi in regards to Brit? The guy is full of hot air.

It seems to me that there is truth in what Evel said re: Britney trying to discover her “identity”. I would also say that her earlier antics were delayed teenage rebellion. These girls, Britney, Lindsay Lohan…really were forced to be good girls and keep up their image when they were teens, who would normally rebel. So I think Brit did have some latent rebellion combined with a strong personality. Like having an argument w/mom and flying to Vegas and marrying that kid from home. The end result is that the girls do not mature into healthy adult women.

Now, I do not think her problems started because of Kevin, but rather they were exacerbated by different stressors around the time of Kevin.

My theory is this: Yes, Britney does have some type of mental illness. Perhaps bipolar, maybe something else, maybe a couple of things. I WISH WE KNEW! Some people with mental illness are able to cope and be high functioning when they are younger, some symptoms do not present until older. She meets Kevin, falls in love (clearly, the kid just wants a loving relationship from a man), heck I think he loved her too. I don’t think he was a suitable match for her though. They have a baby, her body changes, her hormones change. They argue over whatever, he resents her, she resents him. They have another baby, etc. I think in the middle of all this her illness started to come out.

Now don’t get me wrong, I have never been a fan of Kevin, but I think she may have been impossible to cope with at times, especially for a young inexperienced man.

I do not for a second think she has a drug problem. I think she may have experimented w/drugs & alcohol, both of which would affect her condition.

So last year, it is clear to her family and Kfed that she is ill, she buys it…changes her mind and decides they were all wrong, cuts her loved ones out of her life. AS IS TYPICAL OF MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE. Tries to live a normal life, records, shops, vacations, sees her babies…Lutfi and others come in, her illness worsens. (lutfi entered her life in at least June 2007 btw)

Now the family is FINALLY positioned to help her even if she doesn’t want it. I hope she is better before they lose that control.

Ironically, I think the HIGH media coverage of her by the paps, really helped in ways. While it was overkill, especially w/Lutfi-X17, and it revved up to something even too much for her, I think it helped her parents and psychiatrist actually “see” her advanced sypmtoms. I know I would never have believed most of it.

Also very much agree with your points on her reactions to being hurt, Federline et al. What a smug bastard he is. Another unscrupulous user who added to the serious emotional turmoil she was already trying to cope with.

Growing up as she has, has not allowed her much opportunity to also grow as an individual, or to learn much of what is outside the restricted world of the entertainment industry.

Emotionally Britney appeared/s immature and somewhat naive, to say the least. She has shown a strong desire to learn about life outside the ‘fishbowl’ she’s been forced to live within, and has looked for ‘role models’ in people who appear to ‘have it together.’

It seems obvious that she has been trying to discover an identity (within herself) that is quite apart from that constructed for her. Hard to do for any young person, and in her circumstances, it’s a wonder she’s able to recover at all.

Amazing young woman really. There is a lot of strength in the lady, though it may not appear to be so at the moment.

I feel empathy and sympathy for her because she has been treated as a product by her management and those she trusted, with her family also being shoved about and bullied by said management.

It is also obvious that her family have been climbing that ’steep learning curve’ and just ‘hanging 5′ on the edge of falling off the steep bits. Now love and concern has fired up the warrior in them, look out you scrotes!

Britney’s knowledge of everyday things (how to conduct one’s life and affairs has obviously been restricted, hence her appalling screw-ups. She had been ruled and directed by the money-makers (who are wise to the system & rapacious as hell).

Agreed and as said, it seems to me that she has been trying to find ‘who she is’ – as a separate identity from the all pervasive ‘image’ constructed for her.

I also doubt very much whether the Spears family had much awareness of just how shark-infested the entertainment industry waters really are. They have also learned, and very much the hard way.

Lynne Spears has made some mistakes but it’s also very clear that she adores her children. If anything, she has done much because of what THEY wanted, and often very much against her own principles and desires.

There are a lot of parents out there who love their children almost too much, and who are compelled to try and give them what they want. Not very sensible if what their kids want is a career in entertainment.

James Spears is stubborn as a mule, Lynne Spears is as soft as butter, a pushover! And that has been her vulnerability. Not lack of care but too much caring for her kids and what her kids want.

I work in “media” also (for too many years) and had already a healthy skepticism bordering on cynicism (barely kept under control these days, I have to say) when I entered the trade. But for all that .. ye gods, do you have to watch your back at all times.

I also detest the slime who feed off those who are talented and vulnerable. And, as we know, those slime out-number the talented by about a thousand to one (and probably more).

JFXONLINE is somewhat different, specially when Ronnie tries and answer as best as he could in regards to any question. Here it’s alot easier to communicate directly without sorting through all kinds of crazy post. This place has become some sort of a forum. It’s a great idea. I know the JFX team, I tried stealing 2 of their photogs a while back but they know my intentions are good. Plus I did not want them to figure out who I am, but when it comes to L.A. paps, you cant hide much from these guys. Their good at knowing whats what and they figured out who I am pretty quickly. Scandals sells plain and simple. You don’t have to be Britney Spears to pull that off. Just look at the Scandal with Heath Ledger (May his soul rest in Peace.) I believe we did the public great injustice when the Hollywood Elite tried to suppres the true story behind the drug use. He was a great actor in my book. A young Johnny Depp as I called him. As far as enabler right in her camp at this moment, I would think not. It may seem that they have gone back the oldschool way and have hired a complete team to get britney back on track. Now it’s just a matter of having her back to work and getting that much needed manager and an awesome PR team.

What I said about The Spears family learning from past experiences should be well noted that someone will always pays for consequences. Thanks for clearing up the court drama for Papa Spears. I’m glad that he can actually tap in the Brit account to pay for all this madness. I’m surprised that the other camp got away with this but then again it ain’t over until the plus size lady sings.

The only silver lining I see in this story is the fact that this family have been given a second chance. A second chance for everyone in this family to find their new roles and play out old ones that worked in the past. As bad as it may seem, the Almighty has laid out a blue print for them to work on.

As for Britney, she needs to go back, way back and dig deep and forget about the hurts and getting even to whom ever has hurt her heart. She needs to move forward and get her children back and use all of what happened to fuel her back to what she knows best supported by the feeling of unconditional love from her children which is unmatched by any other. She needs to embrace that love and embrace the crying of her children. Then and only then she will trully appreciate what the word really means. Forget about not having a chance on growing up and growing old fast. That’s lame and has been done before.

Just to give you a glimpse of the way things are from a paparazzi’s point of view, I will break down to you the video you all watched at TMZ and now here at JFXONLINE.

The way things looked is the way it was for Britney about 5 years ago when I used to shoot her. Same M.O. with the paparazzi and the bodyguard but with only half a dozen to a dozen photogs when it gets crazy. It’s starting to look like the way it was when the Britster was being managed by the Family and close associates. (Lets just hope that Mama Spears have learned alot from these past few months specially with the younger Spears regarding the sale of the pregnancy story to O.K. magazine. In this business, when you sleep in the wrong bed you might not like who you wake up with in the morning. What might be a one night stand for you will turn into a condemnation from all angles. The people you slept with and the public. She has to learn that there are ceratin things of value that has no price tag attached to it.) O.K. going back to what ever it was I was trying to say. From what it may look from my end is that all this downward spiral started when Justin had left and it’s all because of her. From that point, she tried to mend her broken heart and the new attitude of “FUCK YOU THEN”. (Sorry, I tried to keep it PG but I just had too.)

The entrance of Federline did not help any. He had his own agenda from the get go. It aint that hard to learn Britney’s weaknesses, that thing is handed to you in a bowl. If things go wrong, just say yes to her and use that against her. Plain and simple. As it may seem that his interest is the well being of his children. As a father I know how he feels but it still does not take away the whole purpose of his agenda from the get go. Now he’s using his children as an ammo against her. This is his way of using her YES against her. By hiring Sands he was able to go in the shadows and let Britney self destruct. As much as I would hate to say it but it’s true that the children is best to be with their father for britney is totally unfit to do anything period. That Rolling Stone article is a good read. It proved that Sam made money off Brit by using Claus as a go-between. I am sure there were others, maybe Chad?

I think now that Lutfi lost the lawyer card, we will see a huge smear campaign against the Spears. He is going to whine to whoever will listen.

As for Lutfi’s income, besides bucks he made off of Brit, his family owns gas stations, I think he owns one too.

I worry about brit though, looking at these pics. The dark lipstick and facial expressions look like she still might be britishney, just a hunch.
