LAPD Investigating Sam Lutfi
LAPD confirmed today that their Robbery Homicide division is conducting an investigation regarding reports that Brit was drugged. Here is what LAPD Captain Kyle Jackson had to say:
“The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated. Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced. At this time we don’t know whether or not a formal investigation will be initiated.”
He didn’t mention any names in this statement, but we all know that he’s talking about Sam Lutfi. We’ll definitely give you more updates on the investigation as soon as we get them. I can’t even keep up with all the legal stuff related to Britney and this is just one more to add to the list.

A possible scenario based and not based on facts PART 1:
In the beginning while Brit was in UCLA she still had some contact with Sam. At first, Sam was encouraging her to get help, until her parents filed the restraining order and her father got the c-ship, putting Sam Lutfi in the spotlight as the bad guy. As the media began to report on rumors that Sam was not granted visitation, he set up shots with his paps, bringing a bag of burgers “for Britney”, knowing that the assumption would be that he was still allowed to see her. I doubt that food ever made it to Britney.
But, there would have been a small window where Brit still had phone use and Sam, playing up on Brit’s past tensions with her family, gave her an earful…”they are keeping me from you and you from your babies, controlling you. You’re an adult and they are locking down your money, They are keeping you in UCLA”, see Sam knows ALL of her familial hotspots. Brit would have said something like, “My parents seem like
they are trying to help me, gee I don’t know Sam, I do want everything back to normal though, I want to see my babies”. In Brit’s fragile state this plants confusing seeds in her head. As her father’s statement showed, she wavered between loving her dad and being mistrustful. Brit gets out, tries to hire Atty Streisand (who Sam had on speed dial), the c-ship blocks that, she goes home and her parents continue to try to point out facts to Britney, with the goal of deprogramming Sam Lutfi and his twisted ways out of her head.
A possible scenario based and not based on facts PART 2:
Now Sam is freaking out. Sam in the past, has been crafty enough to keep his true sinister self hidden, is now exposed by a 10 page declaration from Lynne with WITNESSES. This puts Sam in the worst possible light portraying a picture of a very sick young exploited woman in a virtual home prison of cut phone lines, tampered cars and drug cocktails. What to do? What to do? He thinks fast, first avoid the restraining order, yeah I have done that before. Secondly he has a brainstorm. HIRE Sands, yeah man, Kevin’s attorney’s PR guy, he can re-invent me!! Third, ok, gotta turn the table around on the Spears, I had them in such a good place since June, when I got Brit to write that letter telling Lynne to stay away from the babies…so glad I had X17 photo THAT one, hehe. Think! Think! I gotta do something, I can’t be like OJ off playing golf, I gotta clear my name, gotta get Britney back! Oh man, I don’t want to go to prison, omg if they see what is under my hat…prison, they said I had her…OMG that’s it! THEY took away her phones, her money and friends…They are now the ones keeping her in a home prison. HAHAHA they said it was me, AGAIN I can make it look like it’s them, turn it around, cause a smokescreen and maybe I can be moved back in by the end of March and finish my book.
A possible scenario based and not based on facts PART 3:
Sands and Sam go see a lawyer. The lawyer says there is really nothing we can do about this situation. Sands spins a compelling story, portraying himself as Britney‘s only salvation. The attorney racks his brain all night….then, it comes to him. There is a round about way regarding the effectiveness of medications covered by the Food, Drug and Cosmetics act… It just touches on federal law. The lawyer even advises against going this route telling Sam, it‘s a long shot, it could take months to prove, besides which it could ultimately even delay Britney’s recovery. Sam says, Brit loves Cosmetics and man, her civil rights have been so violated (he read that on a TMZ blog) it is worth the risk.
Sam goes home, tells Chad to take the night off from anti-Adnan blogging, calls Alli tells her to get him into Paris Hilton’s party and has his first good night sleep since making a massive profit selling that picture Brit took of her babies to OK Magazine.
The above is based on some facts and my own personal opinion. Hope ya liked it!

Hey Lock Up Sam,
I’m curious to know what you think Allie Sims’ role in all this? It seems from looking at archival info, she was definitely around Sam and Brit a lot in ‘07. Do you see her as another victim, willing participant? instigator? I enjoyed reading your scenarios.

Either:
1) She is as rotten as Lutfi
2) He has dirt on her and is keeping her quiet.
3) She moved out right before he moved in and did not see first hand how far he went exploiting and manipulating Britney.

Claus Hjelmbak is the danish men who have this “Scandinavien party” whit furs etc.
Claus Hjelmbak is Very good friend whit Sam Lutfi (so good friend that he want to fight for Sam on the street, screaming “He is my FRIEND” and was very agressiv. Alli Sims are found in company with Claus Hjelmbak under this time when Sam Lutfi was (and are) hiding.

“Britney Spears will host a party, The Scandinavian Style Mansion, at a private residence in Beverly Hills on Feb. 16,(2008) PEOPLE has learned.
Britney last hosted the event – at which Scandinavian brands are showcased – on Dec. 1. At that party, she was presented with a birthday cake and bumped into her one-time BFF Paris Hilton.
“Britney has said ‘yes,’ to hosting it,” Claus Hjelmbak, the Danish businessman who founded the event, tells PEOPLE.
“I am beyond excited because the experience she gave everyone in December was amazing. She absolutely made my event.”
Hjelmbak, who was at Spears’s side when she and Sam Lutfi went on an early morning shopping spree Jan. 17 at Kitson in L.A., told PEOPLE of the outing: “I know people will say it’s weird she was shopping at 2 a.m., but [Kitson] said you guys can always come when you want.
I just called the owner and said can we come over and they said ’sure.’”
Hjelmbak also has kind words for Lutfi, saying, “He’s the most down-to-earth, easy-going guy. He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body.”
As for Adnan Ghalib, he said, “I don’t know him.”
As for online reports claiming Spears has multiple personalities, Hjelmbak, who first met Britney in 2006,(!!!!!) says, “I have only seen one person and that’s the Britney I first met and seen every time. She’s a very sweet person.”

The main thing is the restraining order gets extended permanently. These guys just don’t want to get out of her life – and Eardly told OK or People, after the fed court threw out the case, that he intends to continue with this case until the conservatorship gets dismantled!! There all just fame hungry morons!
