Dad Spears’ Conservatorship Extended

Dad Spears’ Conservatorship Extended

Britney’s going to be spending a lot of time with her daddy until summertime. Jamie Spears’ conservatorship has been extended until July 31st, reports Eonline.com. Per court order, Jamie was also allowed to get a weekly stipend and lease a car. L.A. Superior Court Commisioner Reva Goetz held an impromptu hearing regarding the conservatorship yesterday. Brit’s been doing well under her dad’s car and has gotten to see her sons a few times since. It might be a good idea for him to stick around a bit longer to make sure she’s well for the long run. Although she disagreed with the ruling before, it’s been noted that Brit’s getting along with her dad now and she’s getting used to the situation.

She will thanks her dad HUGE later, if she not already had done so.
Sam Lutfi almost dragged her done to lose her kids.
Now she have theirs chubby little arms around her neck again. The healing have start.

Brintey is a very charming, strong and hardworking women. The time 31 of juli (if it so needs) will give her time priority to the most important, her childs, her healt, her work and also for her, building up her trust on other people again. And of course, as “happy divorce” as possibly.
Sam Lutfi almost take all that away from her.

So thank you Jamie Spears. A dad who care, and also can stand strong.

I’m thankful for my dad who never charged me $2500 a week, no matter how much trouble I was.

Im sure you dont know the “picture”. I think her dad make a honest work for dubble that sum every week.
And I´m also pretty sure you dont have the amount of problems that he has to resolve and oversee every week.

All the good he have done and doing for his daughter Britney every day and week, no many can give fairness.

  5. doc1955 Says:

$2500 is probably alot less than Osama was being paid

Who cares about the money??? It’s not ours. She’s getting healthier that’s all that matters.

Daddy Spears , cant work until is the conservator for Britney and his with her 24/7 !!! so i think ist normal . Everyone needs money to pay bills.
To be honest, I surprised its not more

  8. Radar Says:

Melanie, Jamie is taking care of Britney 24 hours a day. He has no time to do an ‘outside’ job. This is his job until he is relieved of his conservator duties.

  9. Radar Says:

P.S. It is not uncommon for a conservator to be paid for their time.

She looks happier now than she has for a long time. It’s good Pops is watching over her. Even in that vid from Weds, though there’s lots of pushing and shoving you can clearly see she’s smiling in-store, and even gets a smirk on her face when the bodyguards are shoving peeps out of the way!

More chaos for Adnan – kinda. Amamda Pagel calls her boyf – on Make Me A Supermodel – and tells him she’s been part of some BIG scandally type thing. Tells him it’s not true and has to believe her. The weird things is that when he says are we still together she hangs up. See for yourselves as I shortened what was said: http://video.bravotv.com/player/?fid=31793
I didn’t think the issue was that big. Not the way she makes out to her boyf. Oh well. Poor guy – seems hurt…

Melanie, its not her dad that’s getting money for nothing. Apart from people like Lutfi and Grossman – grossly overpaid for nothing – Eardley is rumoured to have filedmore papers on wednesday – thus the swift ruling. That’s going to waste more money – probably another $40000 . The court will have taken into account how much Brit earns, what she can afford, how much it takes to look after her and such… And it’snot like she can’t have her day in court…
Think about it. Would you rather your dad got money to look after you, or some complete stranger did?

  12. Melanie Says:

    ok, whoa
    I think I got misunderstood
so let me clear this up..

I do not ever make snarky comments on this website. E.V.E.R. If I have some snarkiness that needs to be outletted, and to tell you the truth, that’s seldom…I’m a pretty happy person, I just run over to another website. I have a special signature name and all….so if you read my comment and think I am being critical, that’s just my own failure to communicate effectively. I should make a video, HA! I’m a much better talker than a typist.
What I was trying to say…………..

    Amapola.
I enjoy reading your posts, by the way.
Let’s see.. in the problem category, I think Ms. Spears and I actually have a lot in common.

Leave out the drug addiction and bi-polar issue.
Keep everything else……..5150, mental health issues, wrecked cars, missed court dates, divorce, destructive relationships, restraining orders, temporary conservatorship. Loss of a child, through death, not custody issues.

That’s a decade of my life. Thank goodness that decade is over….it was pretty rough!!

Ok, now go back and re-read my post.
I’m thankful for my dad and I never even realized how much I had put him through until I read about Mr. Spears.
Do you see what I mean?

Dads are awesome. My dad is the Chuck Norris of Dads.

I’m going to tell him to come here to JFX and read of his awesomeness!!
    :)

    Radar
yup, I know nothing is cheap when lawyers get involved.

and Britaculous, I think sometimes money can solve problems but then on the other hand, money can also cause a lot of problems.

If Britney Spears were just an average American lady, do you think she would still have the same problems as now?? I wonder if she is ever able to trust anyone?

I can answer your question based on previous experience. Both of my parents served as conservator for me for approximately 35 days. They charged nothing. But I didn’t need babysitting, I was hospitalized at the time.

I’m not saying that’s THE only correct answer.
I’m just saying that’s how it was.

  15. LOCK SAM UP Says:

Wow Melanie, that was really cool of you to share that. It’s helpful for other people to know your side too. I’m happy that you are past all of that, good for you! I would bet that you didn’t always think your dad was helping you. Hopefully Britney will feel the same one day.

  16. Rehema Says:

If it wasn’t for the custody battle, do you really think this conservatorship would be here? Daddy Spears is doing all of this to help Britney regain custody. If Britney was single and didn’t have kids, would a conservatorship be necessary on her?

How come Paris’ and Lindsay’s parents have not done a conservatorship on them? How come no relative has done a conservatorship on Owen Wilson? People can go to rehab and psych wards and still maintain their legal independence.

People, don’t be deceived. This conservatorship is the strategy for her parents to win her custody back. I tell you, once her psychiatrists and psychologists agree that she is a danger to no one and the courts are informed and trust their words, it’s going to be hell of a battle for Kevin’s side.

I was originally against this conservatorship but now that I see what’s going on, I think it’s the best thing that has happened in this custody battle. Daddy Spears is fighting Mark V. Kaplan’s legal bills and Trope & Trope’s! Go Jamie, Go Jamie! I’m loving this more and more each day! Why did Mark V. Kaplan and Trope & Trope have to hire unneeded, excessive lawyers for a simple case as a child custody??? This conservatorship should put it’s hand in everyone’s pie who is connected to this custody battle. They haven’t seen NOTHING yet!
