LC Does Research

When you’re a bonafide fashion designer, every shopping trip you take can be thought of as research. Yes, research. So that’s exactly what Lauren Conrad, fashion designer, did yesterday – a little bit of research. Our photogs found The Hills star shopping yesterday at Intermix on Robertson Blvd. LC just finished up her first fashion show at L.A.’s Fashion Week and I read some veteran designers were none too impressed. Though it received a pretty lukewarm response, I’m sure Lauren has enough fans out there who’ll buy her clothes. Her ex-best friend Heidi Montag is also putting out her own line under Anchor Blue. They’re definitely targeting different consumers, but that doesn’t stop folks from pitting them against each other. Ah, drama in the reality TV world. It just never ends.
