Couple Of The Year

The couple that gives together, stays together? Well, something like that. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Us Magazine’s couple of the year, are not just talking out of their arses when it comes to charity giving (unlike that British chick who was married to that Beatle). According to their tax filings, the couple donated over $8 million to their foundation. Both forked about $4 million each and half of their contributions were from the sale of their baby photos. Just some of the charities they’ve given money to on behalf of their foundation: Namibia Red Cross Action Program, The Daniel Pearl Foundation, and the Epidermolysis Bulloma Medical Research Foundation. Don’t forget that Brad’s also made way with his Make It Right project in New Orleans. Hopefully they’ll inspire other actors to do the same.
