Who knew eyeliner could make one so violent? TMZ is reporting that Pete Wentz is getting sued for allegedly beating up a fan. Here’s the story. The Fall Out Boys were playing a show in Chicago at Schuba’s Tavern. Andy Kallas was one of the folks checking out the show. Andy claims that Pete and his peoples beat him for a few minutes while the boys were performing. He is now suing Pete and the club for the incident. The other side of the story is this – witnesses say that Andy was being obnoxious and heckled the band before the incident. Okay, if this really happened, then there must be someone who recorded this and they probably have it on YouTube by now. I can’t really see Pete as a puncher, but no one said emo boys don’t love ‘em a good fight now and then.

Learning To Love Traffic School

Why is Nicole Richie looking so happy entering traffic school today? Well, because she laced her coffee with some Bailey’s. Just kidding, of course. Hello, she just gave birth and you can’t have liquor when you’re breast feeding. Okay, that was TMI. Anyway, Nicole had a big smile today, which is quite a change from her normal stoic look. Maybe her bodyguard told her a really good joke. I wonder if they even talk to each other inside the car. Yes, I wondered that for a whole half a second today. And now I’m over it. Well, maybe Ms. Nicole is happy because this is her last day of traffic school. Sure hope so, Nic. With all the traffic school you’ve been taking, I’m sure you can probably apply to be a California Highway Patrol officer by now. And I’m sure she’ll have the right accessories for the uniforms.

Well, People Magazine is featuring their annual list of the 100 Most Beautiful folks in their upcoming issue. Kate Hudson graces the cover. Other folks also on the list: Salma Hayek, Mary J. On Set: Bai Ling And Jason Statham

In case you didn’t know, Crank 2 has begun filming in Los Angeles, which is where we caught an angry looking Jason Statham with co-star Bai Ling. Other than the bloody nose Bai’s sporting, it’d be hard to differentiate her outfit from something she normally wears, being that this is much tamer than what we’re used to seeing her in. And not to ignore all you ladies out there, check out a shot of Jason’s ab after the jump.

Ladies Who Lunch

My younger sister in Atlanta who reads our blogs was wondering if the only thing celebrities do all day is go to lunch and shop. Well, of course, I told her. Case in point – Eva Longoria. We found the Desperate Housewives star going to lunch with some pals at Cafe Med in West Hollywood the other day. Granted, I’m sure Eva was taking a break from filming, so let’s cut her some slack. Eva was sporting her #9 locket, for her hubby Tony Parker. Tony’s team, the San Antonio Spurs, beat the Phoenix Suns last night to move on to the next round of the playoffs.
