Some women eat but are naturally skinny. Not everyone starves to be skinny. The young starletts do whatever they think is cool. We can not raise other people’s children.

Anyway, I will not watch Baldwin’s movie. He is not eye candy for me. He should hit the gym.

We as a society have let that happen. We as a society would rather see the women skin and bones instead of mature women. We also would rather see the young starletts do things that they should not be doing. The more we watch and say it is ok the more hollywood will do it. We as a society say its ok for kids to act in adult rolls. I think the women – not girls and the men – not boys should be doing the mature acting.

You are so right Rehema. Its shockingly sexist and outdated that Women who LOOK like normal women over 50 tend to be on the scrapheap, where as guys can let it ALL hang out, and STILL get paid more than the women!!

Good for you Gigi, you’ve got a nice show to enjoy. I would not waste any of my time watching that man when we have many nice looking actors out there. He is not eye candy enough for me. Good luck with that show.

Look at his stomach. He so needs to lose weight. What gets me is that these out-of-shape older men can get movie roles but older women are increasingly finding it hard to get such roles. Hollywood pairs these not so good looking anymore men with younger women in romantic roles.

Baldwin should hit the gym and shape up. I will not watch him when we have soo many hot looking guys in other movies. He is so not hot anymore.

Alec Baldwin’s best performances in a leading role have consistently been those that did not cast him against type. Alec excels in dark character roles. I recommend a somewhat obscure film called Malice (1993) starring Alec Baldwin, Nicole Kidman and Bill Pullman. The supporting cast includes Bebe Neuwirth, George C. Scott, Anne Bancroft and Peter Gallagher. Without a doubt Alec Baldwin is the most talented actor in his theatrical family. I’m always taken aback at his shockingly funny side!
