Okay, so our photogs spotted the former Felicity star biking around the Hollywood sign in, you guessed it, Hollywood. Look how upbeat and relaxed he looked during his bike ride. Scott took a little break from his ride when he spotted a friend. The two sat down, chatted a bit and shared a little toke on the peace pipe before parting ways. Good times, good times.
