No Shanghai For Sharon
Let’s hope Sharon Stone really thinks about what she says next time. The actress recently said the stupidest and most insensitive remarks about the earthquake in central Sichuan province, stating it was due to karma because of Beijing’s rule on Tibet. The Basic Instinct star sparked outrage, not just from the people of China, but also from some of her employers. Christian Dior dropped Sharon from their Chinese ads after the comments were made. Now the backlash is continuing as the Shanghai International Film Festival stated today that the actress is not welcome at this year’s festivities. The festival runs from June 14-22. Sharon attended last year’s events. The death toll for the earthquake has reached over 69,000.

This thing that celebs should talk about very sensetive things are not a god idéa.
I mean, they talk about things, where trained diplomats take it very slow and easy.
It safe to talk about “no children should starve”. Everybody say YES to that.
Sharon made a very stupid remark, thats truth, but not only Sharon will be stilled in the future.
Some country/countries could now expand there use of gag to other people and countrys, its no longer only used on there own on people.
Its about, the hard-ware, politic and money toghether.
Don’t think the people who suffered from the terrible EQ suffered more because of what Sharon said.
Hope the celebs knows it the future.
