More With Lance And Kate

Our photogs spotted Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong paying Camila Alves and Matthew McConaughey’s new baby a visit in the hospital. Remember, Lance and Matthew are pretty good buddies, and so are Kate and Matthew. She is, after all, like Matt’s main leading lady. I think they’ve done, what, three movies together? Lance and Kate stayed for a bit before they headed to Santa Monica airport for an out of town trip. She and Lance were in Lake Tahoe by last night, where they attended some festivities for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship. Lance’s foundation is said to be one of the beneficiaries.
