Britney’s Conservatorship Hearing Tomorrow
After two forced hospitalizations in January, Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, was named temporary conservator of her affairs. Jamie is in charge of whom his daughter is in contact with, hiring her 24-hour security detail and has control of her multi-million dollar estate (along with an attorney). Tomorrow, a hearing concerning the temporary conservatorship will be held in Los Angeles Superior Court. Thursday’s hearing will also determine whether a restraining order will be renewed against the singer’s former pal Sam Lutfi. Regarding the temporary conservatorship, experts told People Mag that it is unlikely Papa Spears will lose control at this point. “Britney can only regain control of her life if she proves to the court – backed by medical experts – that she’s regained her health,” the expert said. “I would be very surprised if the court ends her father’s control so soon,” the expert continued. Brit just ended her custody battle with Kevin Federline last week and it is indeed very likely that her dad will continue his conservatorship. We’ll keep you updated on tomorrow’s outcome.

I did see that. Our guys in the news. I have noticed in the last 6 or 7 months that our guys seem to be in the news alot when people are talking about photogs. They always seem to ask their opinion or have them explain things. Seems I’ve seen a microphone in front of Ronnie and Uli a few times. Its good to know when you are dealing with the truthful ones so that you have correct info.

The conservatorship needs to be in place for at least two to five years.
To take it out right now would not be a good plan for Britney. Bad move all round.
Ya lose all credibility if you’ve been in any kinda mental institution. Anywhere. Takes more time than she’s had to recover strength, resolve and self esteem.
The bush pigs’re still out there rooting around in the dirt and looking for a gap in the fence. No worries about that one.

Sounds terrible if Britney should need a conservationship for 2 to 5 years!!!
I mean, she is an artist, she need help with matters who not are in her artistery, but why cant she hire her dad and brother and a branch knowing lawyer to run that part of her life? She dont need to have a conservationship for that!
I think she can make her life just fine, with her kids and go working as she used to.
She can ahve support for some year by an thearapist she can trust, because she must have some truma ather what she have been through.
About the new rumors who jump into The Gossip Market as soon it no longer find Sam Lutfi interesting (even if he are a treat to anyone who he will “help” in the future).
They needed new stuff, and it Ops! There it was!
I don’t believe there is a romantic relation between Lee and Britney.
I dont belive he is a bodyguard.. He is more like a former military person, working as an driver and espial about what kind of people moving around Britney.
Not fulltime bodyguard like the other two who works for Britney. They are the real stuff!

Lee does not seem to have the muscles of a bodyguard but he could be. Silliness to even think of the two together based on pictures from Cabo. An understanding or even a friendship maybe.
I believe c-ship should end today. Ama is right about keeping people in her life. Let her brother, not strangers like Grossman, handle the money. Let Daddy do what he does if he found a niche mutually beneficial to Britney.
Wolk, we won’t forget that Britney’s irratic behavior was largely due, not to insanity or being bi-polar but Osama Lutfi.
None of us will forget and all of us will remind the public even if just one on one.
Do you know that there are still people who don’t know who Lutfi is and that he was drugging and confusing Britney? There will be a book out this fall that hopefully will set the record straight.
Anyway, I am pretty sure Ama will back me up, no one official, credible, or reliable has ever said that Britney Spears was bi-polar, schizophrenic or otherwise mentally ill. I am betting though, USWeekly was the first to publish the story ala, guess who.
Finally I am betting that Adnan is exceptionally perceptive. He’s no shrink but I think he might have detected, just as he did the drugs, a mental illness if there was one.

I’ve lived in California (briefly, don’t want to make it seem I am an expert: I am not) but I noticed tiers upon tiers of people. It’s all strangely networked and connected.
Bratton does not want outside eyes, scrutiny or to be investigated. It’s creepy how he thinks. From the get-go he has been anti-any new laws. ANY. “We have it handled.”
He’s almost as weird as Sam. He is saying things to a camera he thinks are normal and to be applauded? Oh dear little man.

Ama, I think Bratton is paid by the city … but who knows from where else? We’ve all seen movies about corruption.
I was stunned earlier this year when he told reporters, “We’ve got it handled.”
No. He does not have it handled.
I couldn’t understand his opposition to safety for celebs, the public, the paps.
I wonder if he is on the take (getting money).
His viewpoints are so weird. He’s in Hollywood, he leads the LAPD? There is sure to be a mockery of him, soon. I think he despises women, blonds and attractive celebrity women in particular.
I am embarrassed you had to see him and hear his remarks. He possibly thinks women aren’t his equal. He could be a misogynist. He is a strange officer. His attitude seems that the celebrity is causing the problem. Dude, you live in LA!

Ama, don’t know if this helps because I sure don’t understand either but I will try.
When some officers deal with anyone else, they see you as perp (perpetrator, suspect and that’s it — are we going back to nouns again?)
The way he speaks is similar to that. Doesn’t recognize a person in Brit, Paris, Lohan, any of them.
He categorizes them. The women are perps of a different form. He sees THEM as the problem?
I am not in L.A. I don’t know what it is to be a cop and in particular a cop in L.A. It must be brutal and scary at times, so some paps on a sexy celebs hiney (and you can bet Bratton blames the woman for it) it’s not a problem.
How twisted to think the celeb is the perp, but that is because the celeb is a woman. I read statistics that women are most pursued because they sell more magazines, because women buy most of the tabloids.
My two cents. Bratton is whacked. He doesn’t care about celebs nor photogs. He laughs by comparison of “real things.” He has probably faced who knows what, so yeah, women, paps, short skirts, laughable. “We’ve got it under control.”

He is supposed to be a Public Defender. That means of celebs, paparazzi, all of it.
He treats it like they are the problem but one to ignore. Does it get kick-back? $$?
Seems clear he doesn’t want people into “his business.” He’s warped and needs to be removed. He’s clearly lost his perspective, and desire to help, citizens aka (also known as) civilians.

I have seen them before. Think it was about 2 – 3 who was a new ankel on, only that.
The one when Britney grip her mothers hoodjacket to hold mom near her, was new for me. (You now, they all want us to believe that Britney didn’t want her mom to be there..But the truth was that they both could not stand Sam trying to hold his arms around their necks from behind, try to have a pic who say “Look me and my girls..*puke*
The one when Sam was sleeping in the car, was new, but the rest I have seen.
