Nicole Richie Looking Traffic School Hot

I’m not sure how much someone could possibly learn from this much schooling but Nicol Richie once again went to traffic school yesterday. She’s been going so long, she should be teaching the class by now, don’t you think? At least Nicole’s not resting on her fashion laurels. She looks more like she’s going to the club than traffic school. Or maybe it’s a new combo traffic school/dance clubs. They’ve got comedy, bikini and topless traffic schools, why not dance clubs?
