As for the article…

Ama, here’s a capsule of what I saw on the show. There’s a competition between stylists. The stylists have clients, all women, who go into a Hollywood function, then come out with wardrobe problems.
The problems include stains, tears, rips, broken heels, etc. It’s the stylists’ job to ensure the paparazzi don’t get an embarrassing shot of their client. The competition is set.
Adnan enters the stage as a surprise judge, to join a panel of three regular judges. The stylists are excited, “Oh, Adnan!”
The stylists are inventive in trying to spare their client. I believe almost all of them shortened and refashioned their client’s dresses. Two stylists sewed scarves over the front of their client’s dress. One used a felt pen to create a pattern over some stains, as though the bodice was a separate fabric.
As each stylist appeared with their client, Adnan was asked whether there was any money to be made in shooting a picture, or how marketable a picture might be.
The winning stylist was the one in which no paparazzi, per Adnan, could be interested in.
Adnan was his usual self in both composure and attire. He was funny without trying. That’s Adnan, and he as unassuming as usual.
In short he was charming, and the camera loves him.
