Dick Gets Off Easy—Again

Has-been comic Andy Dick once again got off without doing jail time for his drunken, drug-fueled behavior. In a Murrieta, CA, court today, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and possession of marijuana and was sentenced to wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet (called a SCRAM) for one year. Wonder how soon that thing will start going off? Dick’s latest skirmish with the law involves his July 16 arrest at the Murrieta Buffalo Wild Wings & Bar when he fondled a 17-year-old girl while “extremely intoxicated,” according to the arrest report. Marijuana and Xanax were found in his pockets. In past years, Dick has also been popped for urinating on a sidewalk, pot possession, DUI and hit-and-run.
