Miley’s Hacker Gets Visit From FBI

Looks like Josh Holly, the 19-year-old, who hacked into tween queen Miley Cyrus’ e-mail account, isn’t going to ride off free. Holly was tracked down by the feds to his Murfreesboro, TN apartment, which was raided Monday morning. The FBI came prepared with a search warrant and list of items to be confiscated, which included three computers and a phone. Holly leaked several provocative photos of the underage star that she allegedly sent to former beau Nick Jonas. What finally led the feds to Holly was his bragging that he’d never get caught—despite incessantly admitting what he’d done to get attention. Well, he’s getting attention now and it won’t be the kind he wants. Since the “Hannah Montana” star is seriously under 18, couldn’t distributing less-than-clothed images of her (especially unauthorized ones) be considered kiddie porn?
