Keanu Testifies In Pap Injury Suit
Keanu Reeves and photographer Alison Silva agree on one thing: On the evening of March 19, 2007, Silva was trying to take Reeves’ photo and Reeves was trying to evade him. After that, it gets hairy. Which is why Silva is suing Reeves for injuries suffered when he was stuck by Reeves’ car and suffered a wrist injury that he claims ended his career. Reeves says he inched his 96 Porsche ahead slightly to get Silva to move out of his way so he could exit the parking lot and Silva’s injuries resulted from his falling down as he backed up. Silva claims Reeves hit him. Too bad there wasn’t another papparazzo with a videocam there to record the incident because that’s the only way we’re going to find out what really happened.

I agree. Why was there not another photg there. Is he not worth the time these days? I know I could be wrong but I dont think he would try on purpose to hurt him – move him yes but hurt him no. I know nothing about Silva except what I have read online so the question to you guys – Is he the type person that would sue and try to get money from the star just because he can or not? What type person is he? I’ve seen his name several times on different things and I have my own view but I really only know what I see online and we all know that is or could be wrong.

Gigi, Silva is the worst kind. I remember him extorting money from other Brazilian photogs who worked the Britney beat. He has a very bad reputation in the Brazilian community here and back in his homeland. So he used his reputation to extort about $5000 from his fellow countrymen in order to get a pass to work. then they had to make a call to him when things starts to develop on the street. So he made people work for him by intimidation. Mr. Reeves is just an opportunity for him. Silva tried intimidating and extorting American photogs but found himself eating dirt and a very bruised ego. Even with that, the Brazilian community still fears him. Ohh, he called the police and told the photog who handed him his own ass that he will sue him for crackin his nose, LOL. Mr. Silva does have alot of angle and he uses the american system against everyone, LOL. This kid is amazingly disturbing.

I thought I remembered some of that but was not sure. Like I said I only know what I read and you guys are the ones out there that know who is nice or not. Thats why I like to have the opinion of the people working there.
I still say reeves would not hit him on purpose but would move him out of the way and Silva is trying to get money when none is due. If he fell on purpose and hurt his hand then it is his own fault. If he was bumped with the car he should have moved instead of just stand there. Most people would know that the car is bigger and would win if you tried to push back.
