Lindsay’s “Bodyguard” Drops Suit

Trouble-plagued unemployed actress Lindsay Lohan has one less thing to worry about today as a guy who claims to be a former bodyguard, but who Linds says she never even met, has dropped the lawsuit he filed against her. The bodyguard sued for fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and a bunch of other stuff including stiffing him for $55 grand. Why does this sound like these two got drunk/stoned/whatever at a club one night and Lindsay joked “You oughta be my bodyguard!” before passing out on the table. Voila! Lawsuit!
