Heather’s DUI Case Still Pending
It’s been over a month since Heather Locklear was arrested in Montecito, CA, on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance but so far, no charges have been filed against the actress. The Santa Barbara D.A.’s office is still reviewing the case so it looks like Heather will have to wait a bit longer to find out whether she faces any charges for the incident.

The story doesn’t say she owns it, but I think I saw in the comments section at TMZ that her and her boyfriend own it. I don’t know if that’s true or not.
