Hudson “Person Of Interest” Remains In Custody

Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother-in-law William Balfour remains in custody following a parole hearing today. The hearing ruled that there is probable cause to believe that the convicted felon violated parole and he will remain in jail until a December 3 hearing before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board. A witness has come forward to claim she saw Balfour with a gun watching the description of the murder weapon. For the sake of Jennifer and the rest of her family, let’s hope that the police will make an arrest soon.
