Jackson Sells Neverland—Maybe

Michael Jackson has sold his Neverland Ranch—to a company he owns part of. A company called Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC paid him $23.5 million for the home’s mortgage. which Jackson needs to pay off his numerous debts. So who owns Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC? Jackson and Company Capital, which owns numerous properties in Las Vegas including the Las Vegas Hilton. The ranch will be renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch, probably to distance the property from those nasty memories of Jackson’s arrest and trial for child molestation. What does Colony Capital get for bailing him out? We’ll know if Jackson’s headlining the Las Vegas Hilton next year.
