Britney: Enough is Enough

According to the The Daily Mail, Britney Spears is feeling much like a prisoner sentenced to a never ending jail term. In excerpts from the upcoming MTV documentary, Britney admits that she believes that the conservatorship her Father Jaime Spears holds over her should end. Britney says, “If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I’m having to pay for a long time. I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free. I think I’ve learnt my lesson now and enough is enough.”

The documentary is set to air November 30 on MTV but it’s likely we won’t see any of this footage as it’s expected that her keepers will yank anything that puts them in a bad light. But how can anyone with control over Britney’s conservator’s ignore these and other statements Britney is reported to have made? “I think it’s too in control. If I wasn’t under the restraints I’m under, I’d feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear but they’re really not listening,” Britney went on to say in the footage.

Is it truely Britney’s best interest that the Conservator’s have or is it another? Perhaps financial? I know you commentors will have plenty to say on the matter as will I.

Considering that Britneys father= her conservator, knows for sure everything that will been said and revealed in that documentary..

You still belive he work against her?

She is, as I understand, free to say her true meaning.

It have been video glimpses of what to come. (more will for sure comming up)

I don’t senses any censur there.

Censure? The documentary is marketing tool.

She doesn’t have to talk to an unpredictable reporter.

Some fans were demanding an interview.

She has to talk! what b.s.

However for the record to sell and to bring all the fans back? The documentary is very smart. This is not PBS.

I will say that the documentary serves more than marketing purposes but …

No live interview = editing on the copyroom floor.

Lots of editing on the copyroom floor.
Lots of stuff we will never see.

Well I guess I have to stand loyal to my own convinses, alone as I am on this site with the kind of thoughts and reflections i have.

I have in some way hard to forget that the most importen for her is to get her kids back.

So, what she say and do, give reflection on that matter too.

There are not long time ago when we talked about the “strangenesses”, that false rumors in gossip papers and on gossip sites, have had an inpact on the family court!
The very ones who will get tumbs up or down for her in the family court. 8O

What could not a documentarie and those “glimses” do?

    About you comments..

Don’t all documentaries work like this? And is this one not “For the record”?
Britney will say what she have a need to say, she whant to tell her side of the “case”
    Of course its “worked” on.
We can’t sit for hours and listen. Britney had a camera following her for months, maybe still (?)(?)..shall we be with her in EVERY moment?

Her documentary are done, and worked on, as other documentaries.

    I think everybody understand that.

    ok

All along she has insisted she is human like the rest of us.

The documentary should accomplish that and hopefully people will get off her back.

I wonder that she could teach some fans to behave less grabby and less selfish when it comes to her.

It was so refreshing to watch those little previews of the doc and actually hear her SPEAK! :)

She sounds like a new woman. I’m happy for her. She seems to be looking at her world with a fresh set of eyes.

It’s so sad to me that the gossip papers and pap videos should ever have been taken into consideration. How in the world could they be seen to be “evidence” worthy of court?

I agree with you on the doc, Ama. This sounds like a POV doc, where there is a specific “point of view” conveyed.

It may be the POV of her management team/Conservator, and not necessarily Brit herself…But it’s only going to help her at this point. It’s about time she had some GOOD footage of her out there.
