Jackson’s attorney claims that the singer can’t make it to his breach-of-contract trial in London due to an “undisclosed illness.” Attorneys for the Bahrain sheik suing Jackson aren’t buying it and have ordered that the star get “bandaged up” and on a plane. This isn’t the first time Jackson has managed to come down with some mysterious malady to avoid facing a judge.
