Britney Back In Court
Britney Spears made an unexpected appearance today at a hearing concerning her plans to tour next year. Her father Jamie controls her affairs due to a conservatorship arrangement. Court spokesman Allan Parachini said during a brief press conference after the hearing:
“There isn’t a lot I can tell you about it. There was discussion of Ms. Spears’ future immediate business plans. Particularly touring in support of her album… It was about the tour professional. She has an album that is coming out. All of what is necessary to support the album.”
Dad Jamie seemed to be handling Britney rather roughly as he shielded her face from the photgraphers outside the courthouse. Meanwhile, her assistant picked up her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James from pre-school.

About the picture.
I dont know whats happend.
The knoted hands fingers dont have to be “inside” the hair, it could be a support.
If she felt sick? Maybe. If so, she is not the first one to feel that way when they have been in a situation that are very important.
We have to think of all people´s welfare who she have to carry the burdens of.
One could get nervous for less.

Wolk is someone who can make sense of things.
I was not asking him to back me up or support my view.
I’m looking at this picture and don’t understand. I’m hearing she met alone with the judge … and like small I wonder at the c-ship.
Wolk is the only one with experience on here that I know. He can buy a stamp but not mail a letter, or was it he can write a letter but not buy a stamp?

Also. I only just now looked at the author. I thought Ronnie wrote it and I tend to trust his perception or interpretation.
Now I see it was Linda who wrote this. So was Dad handling Britney roughly or did Linda interpret the photo without talking with the paps?
I am not faulting Linda but I hope she gave a faithful interpretation of these strange photos. I wonder when we will get more photos to explain the situation, i.e., the photo before, the photo after if possible.

This does not look good. Come one Ronnie or Uli. What the heck was he doing holding her like that. I bet no man better grab my head like that or they will think they have gotten ahold of a wild animal. Thats not the way to shield her face. This looks really really wrong.

I would have thought both X17 and TMZ would have run with the photos as they gave the impression online that they were there.

Because the day was unusual and Daddy Spears feels that he should shield her from being photograph. From all the photographs in the last few months, Britney only covers up when told. Daddy Spears might have asked Britney to cover up but she was slow to react and Daddy Spears just gave her a hand.
As far as being alone one on one may looks to be for the near future right after the permanent conservatorship is due up for another hearing. This only confirms the plan from why they went ahead with the permanent conservatorship last month. The tour is in full motion and it would be a disaster to start switching the players around. It’s a smart business move.
The personal stuff will come in the near future. It’s good that Britney was able to speak with the Judge on a personal level. Now she is definately being heard. The Judge knows now what he did not before. Now I’m wondering if they gave her phone back to her. She must be tired of borrowing and erasing her text right after. And stealing a phone during her screening and making excuses to use the restroom just so she can call a friend is just too much in my book. So you fans dont be mad at the girl specially all you BH fans. there were reasons why she was the way she was. She takes advantage of moments when she sees a whole to make a quick feel of freedom.
Unfortunately, thats the way it is.

As to BH fans it seems a majority love papa and c-ship. They gave Jordan a hard time for his spin on the picture:
“But more importantly, why is that guy strangling her? Run Britney!”
The words jamais jamais jamais! keep coming to mind as I think of Papa’s actions to her person.
So Britney had a phone but it was taken away. Who has Jamie promised that he would prevent any upsetting of the apple cart in motion? It will never justify for me his touching her person that way.
If Jamie was laughing after Britney’s comedy spoof it was because she was spot-on.

More pictures of Britney leaving her conservatorship hearing have surfaced – this time with her face in the shot.
It appears as if she was very upset, almost crying.
It was also reported that Britney nor anyone else present raised an objection to the permanent conservatorship. Then why the private meeting between Britney and the commissioner in her chambers? Because the commissioner, who has been apart of this conservatorship for nearly a year, had never met Britney before.

Just to add something no one seems to have noticed – x17 have just put the pis up and the order they have them in seems to tell the story:
1st pic she seems tired – not crying (and mascara/makeup in tact shows no sign of recent tears) but then sees the paps
2nd pic – she hides behind a box
3rd pic- she looks like she’s trying not to show paps any emotion and wishes they’d go away
4th pic – she starts crying
5th pic- dad comforts her
6th pic – checking eyes in mirror – crying stopped. now who feels bad i know i do.

Pic 5 – we have it from two authorities he was not comforting her but was hiding her head. One authority (my third party source) was on the scene for certain.
Pic 6 — I am not reading into it. Maybe she’s looking to see if Pops ruined her hair. I can’t figure out why she is using both hands other than …

Wow … what a read. I don’t know what to make of the picture. If Britney needed to move her head to avoid the paparazzi … then she could have done it on her own. I don’t really think Brit was crying/upset in these pictures. And I certainly can’t understand why her daddy’s hands look to be grabbing her hair. She doesn’t seem to be uncomfortable, her elbow is propped on the arm rest/console.

My message to Amapola is to try and not read what I say most of the time. It’s not easy living in 3D and trying to explain it on a flat screen. You see it the way you see it and I’m not mad at you. I see things the way I see it. But the difference between you and I is that I actually live in this world. My opinion is what I see.
You guys are good people. This is the way it is. Just pray that the girl has super powers so she can keep focus and get what she deserves in the end.

After looking at these photos on another site, I do think it’s an optical illusion. Her father is gripping his glasses and another item in his hand, and is then leaning his fist into her hair. I don’t think he’s actually gripping her hair…thank goodness. Whew!

lol May I humbly say Mark you were the more eloquent in your view of Daddy. What I heard was much more blunt.
I do wonder though about info we take in and how we interpret it. You guys are experts on human characters and habits. I learned this from Ronnie in a simple email and I was impressed at what you guys could notice and mentally record.
I also know or believe that the ‘good” paps are protective of Britney and would want to help her. And if they thought anyone was hurting her … or they saw what ‘looked like’ someone was being rough …
I’m kind of haunted by her gave and body posture in general in those photos. It’s like she tuned out, was feeling numb or doing what she’s learned to do as a coping mechanism: to just have no feeling at all. That’s such a sad part of what came out in the screening of the documentary.

Seems like the closer we see her getting to release the album etc. the more fervent some are in the media to secure her release from c-ship. Maybe it makes a better story, or maybe it’s true: her dad is too controlling.

This is Linda – I wrote the original post. The photographer at LAX said that it looked like her dad was “manhandling” Britney. The photo seems to back that up. And we have photos today where Britney is holding a phone.

The phone does not work. It was a ‘Photo Op’ by the condervators.
I really do feel for the girl. I am absolutely disturbed. I’m glad she was able to speak with the commish. Too bad Daddy Spears used the media for his own gain to make it look like he complied by giving her the phone back. I would suggest that all media turn their attention to Daddy Spears instead of Britney.

I say about a week and a half since her phone was taken away. She was photographed with a phone in her hand (using it). I beleive JFX has an image of her in a car heading to the Van Nuys dance studio with her assistant. There was also a strange sphere cage in the set. She was also photographed in the night she attended a diner for her hairdresser Kim Vo. She was photographed with Kim Vo’s manager and she had a phone in her hands. Borrowed perhaps.
These photos were taken at the time her phone was taken.

We have photos from LAX which were posted here late this afternoon. Brtiney’s dad tried to put his hands in front of her face but doesn’t appear to be putting his hands on her. She is holding what looks like a jeweled phone but there’s no way to tell whether it works or not.

a) Why are the paps allowed inside the airport doors to begin with? Someone could have gotten seriously hurt on those escalators…

b) Why bother trying to cover her face with coats and hands (!?) when the paps have already got her covered from all angles? It seemed like it was just making the situation even worse.

The jacket I can understand…Covering her face with hands seemed strange. Heck, even Brit reached out and pushed the hands away.
