Britney Wins Another Award

Britney Spears can add another award to her collection—this time a Bambi Award for her stunning comeback. She has been chosen as has Best International Pop Star by the German awards for being an inspiration to others forthe steps she has taken this year to overcome a series of tragic breakdowns. Spears is currently in Germany and expected to collect the award in person on November 27. The prize jury stated:

“The pop princess is back on her throne, better than ever before. The one-time teen idol has become a mature young woman who overcame the greatest crisis of her life with flying colors. Britney Spears achieved her triumph thanks to her iron discipline, her unique musical talent and her millions of fans, who remained loyal to the star even in her darkest hours.”

Spears has a busy week coming up back in the states as her new album “Circus” drops Tuesday.
