Kate Walsh and her husband of 14 months Alex Young seemed to be still on their honeymoon as recently as her 30th birthday party last month, so why are they now divorcing? Star magazine blames Kate’s growing closeness with costar David Sutcliffe, who plays her love interest on “Private Practice.” A friend of the actress said:

“Kate really likes David, and knowing that didn’t help Alex’s fragile ego. Kate and David had a real connection playing lovers on the show, and she didn’t seem to have that with her own husband.”
