Britney Gets Restraining Order

TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears’ conservators obtained a restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib this morning. Adnan is pictured with Britney in this photo from last year. The TMZ report claims “Britney asked her conservators to ‘protect her from Sam and Adnan.’ We’ve also learned Britney told her conservators she was afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.”
A source told TMZ ”Lutfi and Ghalib conspired to try and undermine Britney’s conservatorship in a way that would have been extremely harmful to her.”
There’s bound to be more than one side to this story and more info coming but that’s all that’s available right now.

Did Brit Really Ask For TRO?

Not surprisingly, the plot thickens in the Britney Spears/Adnan/Sam Lufti case. TMZ just posted a lengthy report on this subject but there was one sentence that caught my attention:
“Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.”
Really? What about those nasty rumors that big daddy’s been holding Brit incommunicado? Has she really been having these cordial chats with the pair but now she wants to throw them in jail? We may never get the real story behind all this but I’m sure a lot of people will be speaking out in the next few days.

Madonna Gets The Boys

Madonna has won the battle to bring her sons back to NYC. The London Evening Standard reports that the newly-divorced singer has been given temporary permission to take her two sons by Guy Richie from his home in Britain, with permanent permission expected soon.
Madonna reportedly wants to have all three of her children—Lourdes, Rocco and David—living with her in New York. She seems to be getting her wish.

How Suzanne Stays Young

Former “Three’s Company” actress Suzanne Somers looks fab for 62 and revealed some of her secrets on the “Oprah” show this week. The Huffington Post reports that her daily routine includes hormone lotion on the inside of her upper arm (estrogen and progesterone, vaginal estriol injections and 60 pills. That’s right, 60. Every day.
Somers claims that this routine plus exercise helps her beat what she calls “‘the Seven Dwarfs of Menopause’: Itchy, Bitchy, Sleepy, Sweaty, Bloated, Forgetful and All Dried Up.”
Notice that these middle-aged actresses who insist their healthy regimes keep them youthful carefully omit one little item—plastic surgery.
