So not all the drama in the Kelly Rutherford divorce hearing happened inside the courtroom. As you can see as Kelly is seen leaving the courtroom yesterday, where arguments were made regarding the divorce from estranged husband Daniel Giersch. Today, she was allowed to leave to New York to continue filming Gossip Girls, and take 2 year old son Hermes with her. Anyway, here was the crazy scene yesterday at the courthouse. Obviously, Kelly seemed to be expecting some good news today.
