Did Brit Really Ask For TRO?

Not surprisingly, the plot thickens in the Britney Spears/Adnan/Sam Lufti case. TMZ just posted a lengthy report on this subject but there was one sentence that caught my attention:

“Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.”

Really? What about those nasty rumors that big daddy’s been holding Brit incommunicado? Has she really been having these cordial chats with the pair but now she wants to throw them in jail? We may never get the real story behind all this but I’m sure a lot of people will be speaking out in the next few days.
