Britney To Cancel Tour?
The timing for this story is rather…. well, timely. TMZ is reporting that Britney has threatened to cancel her upcoming ‘Circus’ tour because lawyers for Kevin Federline have put the kabosh on a back end deal between Kevin and Jaime Spears. Apparently, Jaime had worked out a deal that would have the kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James follow their mother while she was on tour. Kevin was to be paid $4,000 a week to allow the kids to be stationed at homes around the country as well as be set up with houses in the same cities. Amazing deal for Kevin but when Kevin’s lawyers got wind, they went through the roof. I assume because they didn’t get a piece of the action. So now Britney has threatened to cancel the tour.
With anyone else breaking this news, I may feel inclined to believe it fully and blindly, but it looks like this just may be a smoke screen to cover up something else. What could it be?
Now that Mark Kaplan’s on the case, it’ll only take some intense media pressure to cave into the deal, so expect the tour to go on as planned.

Yes Ronnie what could be the smoke screen be covering up? All these dang lawyers plus pops and kfat are just eating up her money. Free Britney and let her live her life what ever way and with whomever she wants.

How about a smoke screen to cover up Britney saying, “SAM Ingrahm! You are fired.”
But the documents with Britney’s signature are sealed due to possible stress on Britney’s health and embarrassment to her father and Lynne.

Britney’s new attorney, Mr. Anderson, was prepared to file documents to fire Sam Ingham.
He gave notice to Jamie Spears’ attorneys.
His legal documents, signed I believe (no one has contested her signature) by Britney Spears, would have give her court voice, Sam Ingham “she lacks the capacity to understand the proceedings” the heave-ho.
Will Britney’s microphone be dead on tour? Heaven knows what she might say beyond thank you. Awesome. etc.

so, lets say, the signatures are authentic, how did britney get the papers? and who was watching over her shoulder as she read them and signed them?

my above post doesn’t mean that I think the signatures are fake. I just wanna know how she was able to sign them.
Or maybe, the whole Spears Camp knew about it ..

I think she can get out of the house without the paps following her. Too many times she has gotten caught at a hotel or somewhere and it has not been reported who she was there seeing. I still say the sleezy ex husband what ever we call him has the most to gain by the c-ship along with daddy dearest. As far as I’m concerned if the sleezy ex husband does not work and sponges off her to pay all his bills then he is just sleeze. He couldn’t support the kids all on his own if he had to. What kind of a man sponges off the exwife and never works?

I still not understand or see any proof of Adnan being “working” with Sam Lutfi.
I cant find any proof of it.
So you who can read all this document, are there any proof?
I cant either see how Britney could forget what Sam Lutfi have done to here before!
To involved Sam Lufti in ANY matter of her life … no I cant belive it.
And again, I do not belive Adnan have had anything to do with Sam Lutfi.
Can anyone show any proof of that? Not only rumors or hearsays.
Could I go to a court and ask for restraining orders against a person of “belives” and not any proof?

you could go to court and ask if you are in pops shoes. Also the rumor about who our man lives with seems to be just a rumor also.

Ama. NO. No proof. As I understand Jamie said that Sam Lutfi told him he had talked to Adnan.
That’s it. That’s all. Sam saying something and Jamie saying something. One said it in a court of law however. It still doesn’t mean anything.
“Sam told me….” says in a declaration by Jamie.
That’s it. NO proof.

Anyone can go to court Ama. Then it is up to the judge whether to believe or not believe about cause for a restraining order.
I found NO proof in court documents that the public has.
As for Lutfi. I don’t know. If I were so unhappy and so desperate then yes, I might accept help from someone who meant to atone. We have no idea if Sam apologized, or how he came in.
Given living in a tower or access to the people, I might talk to someone or anyone who might help me. I can not judge.

Why would Jamie believe anything Sam says? Because he’s trying to keep Adnan away from Britney. If that means believing a scummy person, then so be it.
