Greedy Opportunist Sues Miley

Giving us more reason why it takes so long for real victims to get any justice from the courts, a Los Angeles woman has filed a $4 million class action suit against Miley Cyrus. According to TMZ, “Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County.”

Oh, did she ask each of those “1 million Asian Pacific Islanders” how they feel about being part of something so ridiculous? Does she have their names and addresses so she can split the take with them if she scores any dough? I hope the judge throws the case out immediately if she can’t come up with those million names.

It gets better. Kim claims Cyrus “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.” Really? What if the photo was taken at a an event that was closed to the public? How can she prove what was in Miley’s head?

Yeah, this is stupid and I really hate this crap. Anybody can sue anybody else for anything and that’s why our courts are so screwed up. What’s next? A bunch of rednecks sitting around a trailer park deciding to sue Country Music Television for the way they’re portrayed on the net’s shows and videos? Hey, there have to be at least a million rednecks in this country or NASCAR wouldn’t be so big!
