Will Chris Face Felony Charges?

Alleged Rihanna-beater Chris Brown could be in even more hot water if the L.A. D.A. and police have their way. An L.A.P.D. source has told E! News that Brown is being investigated for several felony charges including domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury and attempted murder.

The last, and most serious charge, may be difficult to prove since there are no witnesses and it depends solely on the word of Rihanna and Brown. Free on $50,000 bail, the R&B singer is keeping a low profile at his family’s home in Virginia.

But are there really no witnesses? What about the person who called 911 is response to Rihanna’s screams? What about the mysterious other car that whisked Brown away from the scene? I guess that’s why the L.A. cops are still investigating—there are still questions about what really happened.
