UPDATE Britney: “My Father Has Threatened Me…”
UPDATE: I’m going to try and answer as many questions as I can from the comments section, unfortunately, it won’t be many as we’re still in discussions on several fronts regarding what I’ll refer to as ‘The Britney Tapes.’ Yes, we are in negotiations for three audio files AND THEIR CONTENTS. As a business, we are required to serve our sources best interest which also happens to serve one of our current campaigns, which is Free Britney. During the course of business, we’ve been playing the recordings for selected outlets with confidence in our legal rights to the recordings. Having said that, the entire transcripts were put out illegally. In response, we exercised our duty as rights holder, and not to mention, pursuing the sources best interest, we’ve been forced to take action. I can’t get into anything other than that. Having said that, feel free to talk amongst yourselves for a minute. Now, what I can say is that the transcript that was released has a couple very important transcribing errors. I’m not sure who transcribed it but they made a couple crucial mistakes. I feel compelled to share that. Also, we are working on a fourth audio clip, which I now feel compelled to NOT share anything about other than the fact that there is a fourth audio clip. With what’s happened despite being as cautious and deliberate as we have been, I’m sure you understand why. It doubly pains me to ask your further patience after what’s transpired. But rest assured, The Britney Tapes will be released. Only, despite what has been reported, that may not be Monday.
I’ve just finished listening to three audio files that have come in to the office and I’m honestly quite disturbed by them. These audio files are voice messages left by Britney Spears to a business acquaintance last month.
I’ve had the short messages transcribed and it’s quite disturbing to read as well as hear. Continue on to read a couple disturbing excerpts.
In one of the messages, Britney is heard saying:
“I’ve been blackmailed by visitation with my babies by this Conservatorship.”
Britney sounds well, despite talking about being blackmailed with her visitation by her father! The feeling that I get from her tone is that she’s resolved to have this looming threat of denied visitation removed.
In the second message, Britney is heard saying:
“My father has threatened me several times, that… he’ll take my children away.”
It sounds to me that she is reiterating her most important concern, which is her visitation.
As I try to stay objective about all this, it’s hard to completely imagine the torture that Britney is being put through by her own father. Is it control that her father craves over her? Or is it the potential financial windfall from the upcoming Circus tour that he and his team of lawyers are trying to hold on to?
As a Father myself, I would like to think it was out of genuine concern for his daughter, but to use immoral and potentially illegal tactics for what he thinks is best for his daughter, should say something more about his character than hers.

while this is true…Britney is fine…it is not as if she is a POW…Jamie is an asshole but he is trying to save her estate at all cost…if u let her do what she wants to do…she’ll end up in MJ situation and not have a pot to piss in for her or the boys…she is the victim of her own mind in many cases and has to now pay the price for what choices she has made….sucks being a grownUP….

Britney is not fine Doc.
She tried to fire her court appointed attorney Sam Ingham who let her right to a trial by jury slip last July. In October the c-ship became permanent.
She tried to fire Sam Ingham. She’s not ok with her dad or with Ingham representing her.
Without Ingham she might get (might have got) that petition to the c-ship.

Team Jamie, you’re not the only one who posts here who isn’t a supporter of Adnan. That’s fine. I welcome your unflattering opinions of him. If only to just keep things balanced. I haven’t heard much about exactly where you stand,Team Jamie. Propaganda is a pretty strong word to throw out there. As of now we don’t know where these tapes came from. You’re assuming something before you have all the details. According to Ronnie the tapes are of Britney speaking to a business acquaintance last month. Not to Adnan. I highly doubt that Adnan and Britney were doing any kind of business together. Remember, she’s on conservatorship. It’s Jamie that says who,when,where, and how. You should know that by now.

Britney did not see her kids for almost 2 weeks and breatheheavy, X17 and a few other sites posted a story that she’s been acting and behaving or having a nervous break down due to stress. Through the grapevine was that they were forcing Britney to sign the TRO against Adnan. They actually wanted her signature on the paper not on behalf of Britney Spears. Grapevine say that she fought hard and made a stand.

‘The children are the ultimate weapon against her’. That was a no brainer. It’s how Kevin/Kaplan broke her down and took advantage of Britney’s depressive and destructive state.

Last comment was for Amethyst. I was joking. I really hope Peter Falk can live out the rest of his days freely and happily with his wife caring for him free of charge. I really don’t want c-ships to become the norm. Even in Hollywood or anywhere else. The similarities to Catherine and Jamie is uncanny. It’s odd to say but I always thought that if something happened to Britney she’d definitely would have preferred Lynne to be the one to step in and take care of her. Why didn’t she petition for the c-ship? Did Lynne explain in her book why Jamie was the one to do it? I forgot. Listen Mark. I’m not taking any shit from you or anyone else here today. So don’t try me. I said what I said because I STILL haven’t heard the tapes. Her people/sources,it doesn’t matter the term the press uses for them , will always deny things until they’re blue in the face. Don’t think that I don’t know that. I ultimately will form my own opinion based on the information that’s presented. All that’s out there now are quotes from a recording that I’ve yet to hear. That doesn’t mean that I bought what the Britney source said. It means I still am waiting to hear the voice on the tapes. Why do you have a problem with that? I’m not skeptical. I just want to be sure that whatever opinion I form about what has been posted on E! Online can be backed up in more than just one way. Luckily it’s not just quotes. There’s audio as well. There’s nothing wrong with me wanting to wait and hear the tapes. Not that long ago Eonline reported that Adnan was served papers the day after the TRO’s were filed. That turned out to false. Thankfully I didn’t “buy that” report. I prefer to hear what Ronnie’s got. We’re all still waiting for him to do what he said he would do.

Britney doesn’t shouldn’t have to have a conservatorship to have visits with her sons. She should be allowed to see them with or without it. The c-ship is a safety net. She isn’t trusted alone with the boys because there’s fear that she’ll hurt them. She’s still being judged on things she did in the past. She wouldn’t hurt those boys.

I agree with you. She would never intentionally hurt those boys, and I don’t think physical hurt would take place either way. But at some point, we all have to be accountable for our actions; I agree with doc on that. Her past mistakes would/will definitely be hurtful to the boys. I’m not blaming her, she was/is a sick puppy. I just know that they were in no form of a stable environment pre C-Ship, and we have no reason to believe it would be different at this particular time. There is no freedom in the world that is worth jeopardizing a child’s emotional well being.

Doc…that sounds scary about seeing emails.
I don’t even know what to say anymore about this c-ship. I understand taking responsibility for your actions, but for how long? The rest of her life? When does Britney get the responsibility over herself? I thought that was what the c-ship was for, to get her back on her feet so she can take care of herself. I don’t see that anymore. I see a father who enjoys having complete control over another being and who is getting paid well to be a father. It’s ridiculous.

Did Ronnie let someone at E! hear the tapes or sale them and E! will play them on their show on Monday? Monday isn’t looking like such a great day to have the tapes made public. The Oscar’s are tomorrow and all the entertainment news shows will be covering that event. The tapes will be lost in all of the Oscar hoopla. Or pushed back to Tuesday. If they’re ever released at all. I’m beginning to lose interest.

Yeah. But they always cover that particular award show like it’s the biggest thing to ever happen. Monday’s show after the Oscar’s are pre-taped. At least on Entertainment Tonight. They won’t ever get to it. No one is interested in exploring the c-ship. The Enquirer has ran several stories about how Britney is and her feuding with her dad. But it’s the Nat’l.Enq. For those of us that have been here over a year we have come to understand that Ronnie lets us in on as much as he can. There are things he just can not tell us and the tapes for now is part of that. Ronnie and the rest of the JFX crew always check their sources before they tell us certain things. They have always done this. They are not on our schedule as to when they tell us anything. Demanding to hear the tapes will not do anything. When he can let us hear then he will but only when he can. Sometimes we just have to be patient and wait until we are allowed to find out things. I’m sure Mark tells us way more sometimes than he should. Too many times what Mark has said has proved to be true. Some of the time Mark has told us things or at least alluded to things that dont even hit the blogs etc until later that day or even the next day. All of us that have been here and waited patiently know we will be given the info when and only when Ronnie is allowed to. All the others need to learn to just wait.

Questions. Who’s representing Sam in court today? I see Eardsley has an atty. And Adnan? Was Sam even in court this morning? Was Adnan? Was the hearing this morning or this afternoon? Or is there an a.m. hearing that’ll carry over into p.m when Jamie arrives? Will all 3 men w/ TRO’s be in court by this afternoon? Is Jamie wanting all 3 TRO’s to be permanent? That would mean 5 years,right? IDK. So,Sam’s saying he would have contact w/ Britney not directly like him calling her and vice versa, but through one of them calling a 3rd party,i.e. Adnan (without limitation) or via several other 3rd parties. A permanent restraining order would be active for 5 years maximum, yes or no? Eardley was the only one who showed up in person today with legal representation. I’m not surprised. Britney’s heading home to Louisiana in the middle of the week to relax for a couple of days then head to New Orleans to continue tour rehearsals. That would explain Jamie’s travel plans. Sam and Adnan will have no luck fighting against Jamie&Co. I only asked about the permanent thing because I wanted to know if permanent really means permanent or could it be lifted at a later time in the future. Like it was said about the permanent c-ship. Can any JFX veteran define the term Strawberry as it’s used by many here? My feelings about only Eardley appearing in court today are mixed. I understand the need and right to have an attorney. But I feel if you have an opportunity to speak on your own behalf after you’ve consulted with your attorney and he/she says it would be a smart and appropriate thing to do then do it. Oh well.

Don’t know about you but I’m not feeling so good ’bout this. I can’t stand what’s happening. Jamie’s testifying ’round now. When all is said and done I want Britney to be happy. I complain so much about what is going on because she doesn’t seem to be happy. She has visits with her kids which I do give credit to her dad for helping have that happen. Back here again. I read the link and my 1st reaction was to laugh. I couldn’t help it. I’m kind of visual. So I was just imagining Britney in her huge master bedroom whispering to one of the guys on her pre-paid celly. Then I felt so badly. Bad for laughing about that. And bad that Britney felt that that’s the lengths she has to go to just to have a conversation on the phone with someone in her own house. Lulu snitched on her. It’s probably a job requirement of all of the staff. If they hear or see Britney doing something her dad wouldn’t approve of they must report it to him. Jamie’s treating her like a child. And his restrictions are making her act out as if she is one. She’s sneaking around talking to boys on an unauthorized pre-paid phone like a teenage girl would do because she’s been grounded.
