Looks like she used the phone she got from them to make these calls. She didn’t call a lawyers office ever during the Cship. Up until Scam and Aladdin got a hold of her. Now i see why Jamie has forbidden them all together.

Doc and E. I’ve been Britney’s fan for almost 10 years. I’ve heard her speak on radio,tv,and the voicemails from Adnan they played last year on ET. I may not know what her real singing voice sounds like. But I know her speaking voice like I know my own. It is her. It’s not what we’re used to hearing because it’s late,she’s talking softer, and trying not to be heard by anyone that may have been at her house at the time. For me, there’s no need to debate or argue or try to convince people of something they refuse to believe. This is audio 1. I look forward to audios 2 and 3.

No,Doc. I don’t always think somebody’s trying to debate with me. I don’t pick fights with anyone here. But I will stand up for myself when I feel I should. That’s why I said what I did to Mark Twain last week. Everyone here has been,in my opinion, very kind. Even if I didn’t understand certain things. Or disagreed with someone and was misinterpreted. Since I’ve been coming here I’ve mostly commented on Britney related posts except for a few times. Britney does need to be helped. I just don’t think some of the ways her dad and others are going about helping her is having the result they’d like. EDAWG said that Britney doesn’t really have any friends. That is true. It would be great if she had a really good group of friends that she could turn to when needed. It’s up to her to decide if Sam and Adnan are good enough to be those kind of friends. Perhaps because so far they’re the only people outside of family and employees that she knew of and liked and thought could help her is why she turned to them. Poor choice or not, it was she who made the decision. There’s only so much her dad can do. The rest is all on her.

I feel for her father. I think he’s doing the best he can. He may be making some mistakes, allowing a tour for one, but I don’t think this is all about money for him.
No one knows the full story here. No one.
I wouldn’t want my life controlled like hers, but she obviously needed some help, hence the cship. Deep issues. Is she getting the help she needs. Who knows.
She obviously felt desperate enough to reach out to Sam. I don’t think she sees the big picture. I think the girl needs long term, hard core therapy. But since I, or no one else here, knows the whole story, I/we can only speculate.
Some think that every person involved in the cship is on the take. The courts, lawyers, doctors, family. I don’t think that’s the case.
…staff, industry, media. Secondary.
No one knows the whole story. No one. Not even Adnan. There are always at least two sides to a story. In addition, we haven’t seen medical records, court records…
Someone said…”Everyone is lying”. Does everyone include EVERYONE? hmmmm. No one is 100% pure here. And I don’t think anyone is all bad either.
The girl has issues that need more work. Just my opinion.

How would you like to lay in bed at night thinking that this right here in your home is for the rest of your life or until the money well is dry. There is no end in sight and all you do is go along everyday for the rest of your life. Only an insane person would think this is all good. Everyday you decide to disagree or not agree with the c-ship they hold your children above your head. Just imagine that for the rest of your life. Cant imagine? So your telling me that Britney trying her hardest to be heard by any means neccessary is part of her mental problem?

You have a complaint and your court appointed attorney advice you to follow along. So why even have Sam Ingham there. That’s just a waste of her money. he’s a pretty boy out to make the c-ship look to be legit. She knows he’s not doing his job and she is in desperate to be heard. It’s plain and simple. Why are they afraid for her to speak? it’s because it would make the c-ship look really bad.
You want to expand on your Eardley comment. It’s time to come out the shadows and say what needs to be said. Stand the grounds that you believe in. There’s no point for anymore pretentions on who the people are that on here and their views.
The c-ship needs to be reviewed and modified if it stands. They want the tour because they want validation to why the c-ship is permanent. It’s all in the design in all it’s glory.

My opinion is also different but I do agree with some of it. No one knows the full story. Pops might have started out with the best of intentions but I think that has changed. Its all about power. If she is well enough to perform then she is well enough not to be in cship. If she is not well enough to come out from under cship then she should not perform. End of story. She can’t be gravely ill and also perform. Should not work that way. No one has to agree with me and you can have your own opinion. Thats what makes it a free country and we are a FREE people. She should not be held captive.

Mr. Mark Twain, sorry to derail your argument, but you can not convince me that Britney leaving a recorded voice message to an … “associate” of some sort is the best possible attempt she has at obtaining “Freedom”. You can not sell me that idea nor do I have enough money to buy it.
I also don’t have enough money to buy the idea that Britney is completely unhappy. I know, I know, I’m an idiot… now THAT I am. Clearly insane. Therefore, being part of the mentally deranged society, I think I should be able to relate most to Ms. Spears. The PROBLEM with these “Britney Tapes”, (and I understand there are more forthcoming with her stating she wants out, etc., etc.) in MY opinion, is just that they make no sense. The recordings that is. That is why we have a split vote, moreso disbelief, on the public opinion. Who is she communicating with to give her such grand ideas as to do something like this? They are very smart people!
When someone feels held like a hostage or held “captive”, they automatically go into survival mode. Anyone ever been in survival mode before? What did you do? Didn’t you do things you never thought you’d do? Personally, I know I have done some crazy stuff, like, hmmm, Running for example. That whole fight or flight stuff takes over. When someone feels as if his/her civil rights are being completely violated, they don’t have the rationale to determine what decisions to make – they just do it! Whatever it is, they do it! They say it, then think about the aftermath later. Eventually, they just say F u, I don’t give a damn…the hell with ya!

Britney J. Spears is not above making a complete and utter fool of herself…(i.e. Chaotic, VMAs…timetravel..etc) – so my question to her is, why not just go against the grain and do something LIVE and undisputable? First night on tour, go out there and start singing just “There’s only two type of people in this world….. AND SOME ARE GOOD AND SOME ARE BAD AND MY DAD’S BAD…AHHH HELP ME FANS, HELP ME HELP ME,,, I want out of this!!!!.. I mean.. that’s effective and undisputable. You’d have to say it all real fast, cry hard, and make sure you get in there that you are NOT happy with the current situation. That sounds a bit ridiculous doesn’t it? Sure it does!…but it wouldn’t to a HOSTAGE..by all means necessary would they do what they gotta do…A completely violated individual is not going to think, hmmm, I’ll leave these messages and then ….the world will know!! Yeahh!!!… I mean seriously? Does that make ANY sense to ANYONE? I have asked myself this question over and over…like who would do this?
Riddle me this – as I have an idea to sell. I want to sell the fact that EVERYONE is lying. And that includes you. And that includes me. Why would it be so important for you to convince all of us that Britney should be “freed”? Of course I know the answer to that question, but just for kicks, that’s what I’m going to sell – Everyone is lying, not just lying, but Everyone is lying TO Everyone – and that idea is for sell – to the highest bidder … of course.
Whether the audio is Britney or not Britney – for all intents and purposes, let’s say that it is. We all know she doesn’t like the cship. We don’t like the cship. No one likes the cship. Some of us would enjoy seeing her have her freedom. Others would get a kick out of her going batsh&$ crazy again in public. However, we must not forget, this is a woman that spent millions of dollars in a very short amount of time due to her “freedom”. Oh wait, I just forgot, she didn’t do it…everyone else did it. Sam did it, the lawyers did it, whatchamacall it Gi, Kidiot?, yea, he did it, it’s his fault, because God forbid Britney be responsible for ANY wrongdoings.
One thing is for sure, if this is the BEST she could come up with to cry out for her Freedom, then she indeed has issues and needs some serious help.

Any fan of Britney, especially a fan that has been a fan for years, will tell you that more than anything Britney loves her family. She loves those two little boys and I believe the reason she doesn’t run away, flee, and/or escape is because of the love she has for those two little boys. If her father uses those two kids to blackmail her to go along with the c-ship or else she can’t see them, then yes she will stay because of them. That doesn’t mean she is happy with the situation. And it doesn’t mean she’s unhappy either. And yes, I believe, Jamie Spears is capable of using those two kids in order to get what he wants.

I think that she is very unhappy. I dont think she is unhappy everyday all day. Seeing the boys makes her happy but if she doesnt do as pops says then that will be taken away. Running away would work if everyone didn’t know who she is. Also running away and being reported missing and the law looking for you causes even more problems because then she could be charged all the money it takes to find her like others have been. No calling and leaving messages might not work but then again we are talking about them. She can’t call during the day since she is being watched. I would be surprised now if pops did not put a camera in her room so she could be watched 24/7. Thats the only way to make sure she can call or text or do anything else without permission. While they are at it why not put one in the bathroom. Make sure there are no phones hidden in there. She cant go on stage and say all that Doc because her mic wont be live. They have not given her a live mic in any of the shows so far. Why would they change that now? Yes I knew calling her wonderful ex husband a name would spark something. Why else would I do it. I mean we all know how wonderful and loving he is. He stayed home and helped with those wonderful boys when they were babies. He never did anything that he shouldn’t do. He never brought drugs or alcohol into the house around them. He always worked and provided for his family. He was the model husband that so many women would love to have. He doesn’t smoke or do anything else around them that he shouldn’t. He takes complete care of them now and doesnt have any help. He works everyday and contributes to their upbringing in a meaningful way. He has no nannies to take care of them and does it all alone. He is supper dad.

There must be something very forbidding (doh!)in the custody arrangement.
I don’t think Britney is ready to chew her own arm off just because her keepers keep wound there open. I imagine there was a legal justification for saying what she did through voice mail and having it time stamped.

Gi of course Kevin is not a perfect person – he has made some awful decisions hell starting with leaving a pregnant mate for Britney Spears. But the sole, hell not even 25%, of the downfall of this woman is due to him. I’m not going to argue with you about the things he has done, but they, like everything, is subjective.
At least he wasn’t married when she met him.

I understand your point Gi about the spark of interest due to the msgs. However, is it really going to stop something? Can we step outside the box and see the tit-for-tat going on? I knew when Jamie’s country ass filed the ROs, the games would begin and new teams had been formed. I even talked about money being made again. Who was I really happy for?
Don’t get caught up in what Kevin does or doesn’t do – that has been a distraction tactic from Day 1. I really think sometimes people need to take the information given and think about it from a bias viewpoint so you can see who’s really playing who.

Good stuff Doc. Now put yourself in her position where she knows that she has been made a looney in the eyes of the media and the world. A stunt that you suggested will only backfire and seal her faith. Did you even think about the other side of the scenario?
Now place yourself in Daddy Spear shoes and let it be known that you are the master of the house. Now pretend that you’re training a dog to do tricks or just to behave. You would use treats and food as means of rewards or deprive it if the dog fails.
Now a moral religious man would never use someone’s children against them. So now we place ourselves in the evil part of this scenario. So we will use the children to blackmail her. She is a woman that is now all alone and has been isolated. Now you have to remember to keep reminding yourself of her place completely. Isolated and alone and no one to trust.
Now lets start mildly with. “If you ever try any stunt I will make sure you don’t see you kids”. To prove a point even when she has done everything thats been asked. She did not get to see her children. NOW THINK OF THAT SCENARIO. And thats just the beginning.
The uncut version of the MTV doc would make the best witness to my testimony. I’m sure the director and producers of the doc wants to be able to actually show the truth. They gave everyone the filtered version. I would take that job if i’m trying to get to hollywood. As far as art, there was no truth to what everyone saw.
So here we go. We’re not even at evil yet Doc.
Now if she really wanted to speak with a lawyer, you think they will hand her a phone and say here you go. Go complain all you want.
I don’t think you understand her disparity Doc. When you do. Magnify it 100 folds. Then add the fear off loosing what’s most important to her. You can argue all you want about the c-ship, my argument is freeing her to speak. When she finally does, I can assure you that all this debating will end.

i have no doubt about the true wickedness of her father or her yearning desire to be heard…and nor can i completely understand the magnitude of how that must feel.
my point was…we only got a few shots…lets make them good and try not to miss…
naturally, time is really not on the defense side and jamie is already upping the ante…he’s not really one to fuck with…
that being said…in the counter “tat”"..make it count and let it be undisputable…because we only got a couple of shots before the fight ends…i am not sure the vmails are quite best shot sources…which leads me to believe the inside help she does have really needs to be a bit ahead of the game….
the opportunities she did have to speak in court…what did she do?…she got out the car…jumped back in….went to church….held hands with people…etc..etc…

I thought those documents were the ones supposedly showing Adnan was charged. Looks like they were just the docs extending the TRO.
Was there a final judgement on those today?

Doc, maybe it is not about the paps caring about her….well at least not all of them but maybe just one of them and those friends that want to support him and not see him hurt or injured or incarcerated. I see your point on only having a few shots…..and I too hope this was wise thinking and not just trigger reaction in the desperate end. Adnan facing the restraining order and now possibly jail time…..Jamie is winning….Britney making this kind of wierd declaration on a vmail? It just all looks so desperate. It looks like they are running out of ideas. I hate to see that. I know it probably will do absolutely no good but I email Nancy Grace and the like all the time trying to get some attention over here. They hold the biggest ransom….her children. I am from Texas and work with the foster care/CPS system so I was really interested in the FLDS ranch raid and removal of those 423 children. I read a book one lady wrote who was a ploygamist’s wife. She said I would have never letted someone treat me that way…..but you use a woman’s children against her and you bring them to their knees….

Their goal is to get Adnan as far away as they can. This has been said before. Now don’t go digging it up. You know exactly what I’m talking about.
The incident and the felony charges. Using the media to generate attention to Adnan. Then the media wants answers. The calls the DA must answer. Then the witch hunt. Another beautiful set up. All they had to do was find where Adnan is at and look what happens. Remember that they had no clue to his where about for 6 weeks. The minute they find him an incident breaks. How convenient. Then because of media pressure looking for answer to what had happened, it forces the DA to give the public what they want.
Yes Doc it’s all about the money. CONSERVATORSHIP IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE ABOUT THE MONEY.

I agree MT. Thats always been the goal. For some reason he seems to be a threat. They know he can work around the constaints. They did not realize in the begining that he would stay around this long. I think pops thought at first that if he stopped him from coming that Adnan would go away but he didnt. Pops stopped him from coming to the house. He took her phone away but she found another one. The only way to get him away from her is to make him go away for years or forever.
Doc I know Kfed downfall is not all Britney but he sure has come out of this as an angel. Everyone seems to blame her for something and then they took her kids. I know alot of that is because of Sam. He was the one that paraded her around all drugged up. She will be paying forever for letting Sam into her life it looks like.
