Attorneys usually tell the clients how to dress for where they are going. I’m sure the attorney told him to dress down for this. Do not come dressed etc. No reason to have spikey hair for this.
If the process server had of given him papers somewhere beside in a dark alley then yes he should have took them. Since the server tried in the dark alley then how was he to know who it was and if they had guns or knives etc.

I don’t understand why others can’t see this too. We have seen others sell Britney out and we know what that looks like. You have not gained anything from your time with her. If Adnan’s atty. can get him completely out of this mess he’s in or get the charges dropped/lessened whatever,and just be on papers aka probation and not do any time, then Adnan needs to keep away from Britney and the crazyness surrounding her. Put whatever feelings he may have for her aside and look out for himself. Adnan stands to lose out on up to 7 years of his life, his freedom, all for trying to help this chick out of something that can’t be undone. He has a family that’s concerned for him. There must be something you can say to the press to attract the attention of someone important, someone of influence, someone who is willing to risk their neck because they have little to lose or gain but hate to see injustice.

Amapola,hi. I’m sorry for using those words when I talked about Britney or women in general. I didn’t intend for it to sound disrespectful. I said that if Adnan ever wants to date someone else in the future (I don’t personally know if he is already dating someone else) that there are many other women out there. That is a fact. Britney isn’t the only option out there for him. And when I said the thing about dating a woman with money,that came out of me because there has always been speculation that the only reason that Adnan was interested in Britney is because she’s rich. I don’t know if that was ever a factor for him when their relationship went from just business to something personal. Whether it was or wasn’t I’m sorry for taking a negative view of their relationship and its basis. Last, when I said, “go for some other man’s daughter” I honestly didn’t mean for that to sound so dirty. It’s clear that Jamie doesn’t like Adnan. I don’t think he ever gave him a real chance. Why would anyone want to be involved with someone whose father despises you? This man,Jamie Spears, has gone out of his way to show his disdain for the man his daughter chose to be involved with. There are dad’s who are more open and accepting of their children’s partners. Jamie’s not that kind of man. Things will be smoother if you have a good standing with your girlfriend’s family. It wasn’t like that for them. They both got a lot of unfavorable judgment from the media,etc. when they were together. I wasn’t trying to add myself to that. Word on the grapevine is that they needed Adnan’s help in order to finish filming the doc. Britney was uncooperative and things that Daddy Spear did not want filmed was cut. Adnan answered the call. In doing all that he has done and been through all that he has been through he has not talked to the press at all from what I’ve seen. No tape ever showed up. No damaging interview has ever surfaced. They all said he was after her money. There is no evidence of that that I’ve seen. No where did I see where she paid him to be with her. No where did I see that he was given anything by being there. Things have been taken away or given up but nothing paid. So what has he gotten out of all this. Nothing but heartache.

At first he played nice so he could win over the daughter so she would behave and he could then get her children back to hold over her head. Without letting her friend through the gate getting her under complete control without taking her screaming and kicking would have been impossible. Her friend worked with the family then was banished.

I have brought up the race issue before here too. It DOES matter to Daddy’s from the SOUTH….period!! What I am about to say it NOT my opinion but is the opinion of many Southern Daddys. For Britney to be with a man or Arab descent is probably considered worse than any other race to Jamie. This is all so bizarre. The more things come to light the more bizarre it all looks. The process server is saying that Adnan could have killed him. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. Was Adnan that hell bent on avoiding being served papers that he freaked the hell out and ran this guy down? I’m completely on Adnan’s side. But this server guy is making A sound like a mad man. People lie under oath all the time. This man isn’t telling exactly how things happened. When Jamie got served last week it wasn’t at night in some narrow, dark alley. The whole thing sounded absurd from the start. Are there any witnesses from that night that can support Adnan’s defense? What is Adnan’s defense?

I hate to admit this but I read it on TMZ. Yes,TMZ. I know,i know. Shame on me. Strawberry, right? (I still don’t know what that means.) TMZ had a “Blow-By-Blow” account of the process server’s version of what happened. I thought the incident occured at night. Sorry if I was wrong about that. Army or lawyers and their 6 degrees of sepreation and their web. The same as the pap agency. The city and the indusrty is on lock down for Adnan.
Everything thats is going on with Sam is to smear his name and make him as evil as possible. Now parading Britney around or should we say the safe word of accompanying her during those times did not help his image. Thats as simple as it can get for team Jamie.
With Adnan, they will use violence as his downfall. They will use other paps to testify about his charcter and violence. They will dig up his past and get more stroy of his violent behavior. This is the only thing they will pin him on because they have nothing else on him.
Right now, Team Jamie is on the attack. They will finds ways to undermine anything that Sam will counter with. For instance the New Zealand guy with the text and email story and pretending to be Britney. Which TMZ posted the with “alledge”… LOL! I’m wondering a bit if these were AD buys ,lol! or maybe the connection of the brotherhood of the attorneys.
That is a perfect way to attack him later when he tries and show proof of text and email. They will say that he made them up and pretended to be someone else. Remember what mr. New Zealand said? Well atleast that how the schematics is starting to look.

I’ve gone back and looked at the pictures of Adnan from last week. I didn’t realize just how sad he looked. His eyes were a little puffy. His expression is pained. I wonder if he was able to get any sleep the night before. Doubt it.
I hope he’s coping well despite everything. Also, I would like to know why 7 years is the amount of time he could face. From what I was able to find out through Google (Umm hmm. I’m at that again)the battery charge (in Calif.) penalty is $2,000 or 6 months incarceration. The H and R charges penalty is no less than $1,000 no more than $10,000 fine and/or no longer than 1 year of time to serve. The assault w/ a weapon charge is the more serious charge. Maybe that’s where the #7 stems from? Any legal eagles out there? I know Google isn’t the best reference there is but it’s all I’ve got.

Watching the FTR link from Steel Magnolia really bothers me. If Britney ever is released from the c-ship she should clean house and dispose of those a_holes who laughed at her. Too bad she’s got to deal with them on top of everything else she deals with. The voice at 2:10 isn’t one I recognize. At first I thought I did. Fantasy if you look back before that clip was taped and find her going to the gas stations for gas or to get coffee you can see her staying in her car sometimes and a pap goes to pump gas for her or goes in to get coffee for her. That was our A. Always a gentleman. He would pump the gas and go into the store to get whatever it was that she wanted and brought it to her so that she did not have to get out in that madhouse. There is also an older video of them hugging at a restaurant. I think that one is about a year older than the video of her looking for the camera card.

Clearly whoever it is asking her the questions has a British accent. I’ve only watched FTR once in it entirety. I didn’t like it much because I felt like the record didn’t get set straight. I didn’t think that she was being completely honest with some of her answers. But I just let it go because I knew that she still wasn’t ready to go deeply into certain topics. I know it isn’t any of my business BUT I question whether or not her therapy sessions are helping her. Actually, I question if she even goes to therapy. I hope she’s talking through her issues and not just being given meds every month or so. That does happen a lot. Back to FTR. I can recall Britney being filmed much earlier than the day of the VMA’s last September. Like going to restaurants,dance rehearsals, and the trip to Mexico. I would say like late spring (May/June 2008) through late summer (Sep. 2008) I think in the docu it says that the filming took place over,what, 90 days? Yet the docu begins with footage taped on the day of the VMA’s. My math can’t be that fuzzy. I know it isn’t.

If something goes wrong on the tour concerning Britney I believe she’ll still have another chance to show if she really wants to continue in showbiz or not. She’s just one of those rare celebs that no matter how many mistakes they make personally of professionally people will always want to see her pick up the pieces and give it another try. Elizabeth Taylor is an example. She was written off so many times for having love affairs with her married co-stars and friend’s husbands and starring in movies that flopped. But she always came back after every single setback. She just turned 77 and people still love her and talk about her. To me, this isn’t a make or break tour. Britney’s not going to be done unless she says so.

I felt that I got a lot of information from FTR.
If you look at Britneys respons to the talk on the office on Zomba (Leber and Rydoph)…
They talk about she have been with them for 10 years.
Her eyes, her very very small smile, her not so enthusiastic sound in her comment.
Then it come to the second clip, when they lifted her up so she could write her name over the door to the office.
She get in a more laughing mode then, because of the situation.
But before….
Lots of moments like that in FTR.
Lots of moments like that, when one can see that in that time, they had not succeeded to broke her down.
In facxty, the whole doc. show howe small people they are, and how strong she is.
She have all this people to handle. Strong women.

Well, the stage itself looks awesome! The set-up itself is pretty unique.
I kinda doubt she’ll have a live mic on very much…But that’s not really anything new. (Sorry, hardcore fans…but it’s a reality!) She tends to let out a lot of “Woo!” sounds when she sings live. (Which I think is kinda cute anyways…But what do I know…)
But I think she’ll do fine. People WANT her to do well, so I think they’ll be pretty forgiving if there are some mis-steps along the way.

The rehearsal video looks amazing. She just has to find a way to build her confidence up. I still don’t think that she really has her heart into touring. But she’s got to do it. I think she’ll manage somehow.

I read through the link from October about the ring. Perhaps she was sending a signal to A. If I understand correctly it seemed like Ronnie may or may not have know more than he was willing to say at that time. Like when he said that he had a feeling we’d be seeing (or hearing ) more from A soon. But as far as I know we didn’t see him until this year. I haven’t heard anything directly from him since the ET interviews. I can’t remember the exact date of that thread. On or after the driv. lic. case was dismissed? Just wondering because of Ronnie’s comment. I was thinking maybe Britney hadn’t yet agreed to the permanent c-ship. And perhaps at the time she was photographed wearing the ring she may have still been believing that the c-ship would terminate on 12/31/2008. Maybe I’m over observing things. IDK when the request to make it permanent was made. Was it weeks before the status hearing on Oct. 28,2008. The day before? Well, it doesn’t really matter now.

Did she? Or did Sam Ingham waive rights, talk her into waiving a jury trial … was her agreeing part of an AP report you read?
“Seems Britney approves because” and then text was from court.
The AP had NO business interpreting or opining on the matter as they did leaving you and others with a lasting impression that Britney had agreed or approved.
I don’t think that will be happening with frequency in the future.
Read the AP’s guidelines. Their reporter, their office, and all who supported the reporter violated AP’s standards.
Damage done. You and others are still thinking Britney approved permanent c-ship because a reporter, an AP reporter, wrote that it was so.

I am serious! But I guess I should explain…
I’ve always been under the assumption – maybe the false assumption – that the things that Brit’s done that looked “crazy” to us actually made perfect sense to her or to those around her.
I’ve never been a fan of Britney “The Brand” – I always thought it was pretty demeaning to women. I always felt like it gave girls the idea that they didn’t need an education, or didn’t ever have to think for themselves – that all they needed was their sexuality to get by in life. And I really never liked how Britney didn’t seem to be much of a participant in her own career. (Maybe she was – I really don’t know.) It always seemed to me like her Mom and her management and record company made all the decisions, and that the decisions usually had to do with making the most amount of money with the least amount of integrity.
So, when Brit started going “crazy,” I actually always saw it as her doing things to get underneath other people’s skin. (e.g. wearing the brown boots every day just to “prove” that she could do it…maybe because someone had told her at some point that she shouldn’t be seen wearing the same boots two days in a row? I don’t know.)
I always tried to put myself in her shoes and imagine how I would handle things. And I think I have to give her credit. I would’ve pulled out the umbrella long ago! I think she’s shown herself to be pretty resilient, considering the situations she’s found herself in. She’s made LOTS of bad decisions along the way, for sure. But she’s also a pretty strong-willed person. So I guess I always saw all the “crazy” things she was doing as “acting out” rather than “losing her mind.” If that makes sense?

Amethyst, you’re right. I’ve been believeing that Britney agreed to the permnt. c-ship because that’s what was reported in the papers and online. I’m not talking about the rag mags. I mean newspapers. I was shocked that she’d agreed to it. When something is printed in papers throughout the nation and not just in the rag mag circle of course I’m less likely to question it. There’s so much happening behind the scenes. I don’t know who or what to believe anymore. Everything is spun to benefit this person,that person. It’s confusing.

I´m, all with you in your comments.
I strongly believe that Britney had a breakdown. Scars from her childhood, in her lauggage. She wanted to please to many, and on top of that, her strong, and human longing to have kids.
She have non own foundation to stand on, outside the stage and the repetition enviroment or studios.
What happend to Britney can happend to us all, man or women, if we loose our self on the way, pleasing others, giving no time for our own person to grow.
She act so human when she get enough, but people don’t want her to be human. Or have a human nature.
The want the image, and no more.
Others around her want her skills, her money, her kids, and they say its for her best they do what they do…..
What a mendacious bunch of people!
I have also found that people hang many kinds of s**t on Britney, her lack of usual education for instance…
(She moved to NY, to work, with her stagemom when she was very very young, no time for school I´m sure)

When I read it I thought Britney “had approved.” That was due to the editorializing by the author.
Too bad we don’t know what Brit’s court-appointed attorney, the one she tried to fire, explained to her and why she “did not oppose” permanent c-ship.
I walked away thinking she had approved it. It was easier to accept that way but I wonder if I had simply read “did not oppose” if I might have questioned it more. I accepted it until I saw the headlines about the TROs.

I find it odd that she was “rehired”, then you see her only once, or at least I have anyway, driving Britney’s car, and then she disappears. I am seeing Brett more now than before. Not sure if the man in power wanted her back anyway, so maybe that could be why she isn’t seen.
In the past she was ALWAYS seen with Britney. Not that I was happy with her being rehired.

So I’ve been watching clips of Brit’s Miami show on YouTube, and she’s looking noticeably more comfortable on stage. She’s talking to the audience more, and her dancing is WAY crisper. It looks like she’s really starting to improve.
So I’m wondering…In an imaginary world…If the C-Ship was lifted…Can the TRO’s against Adnan be reversed if SHE requests it? Where does it even stand right now? So much happened all at once that I’m kinda lost right now…
What a bizarre situation. Adnan must feel very bewildered by it all…!!

I have the same question Steel. IF the c-ship goes away can SHE have the TRO dismissed or is there anything she can do? I know that would not help the other issue but could she do something about the TRO. Did pops group them together knowing that she wants the TRO against Sam and not on A but she couldn’t dismiss one without the other? Lots and lots of questions.

As far as I know most TRO’s are almost always approved by a judge. If I’m not wrong,I do believe that Jamie wants to make the order permanent for all three. If I’m not wrong about this,then that means a PRO could last for 5 yrs. max. It could be lifted if Britney chooses to request it be lifted. But, I think the judge still has the final say. Just about everything I’ve read online refers to issuing TRO’s,PRO’s, and HRO’s (harassment restr. orders) have to do with physical abuse/assault or threats against one’s life, etc. Even harassing or threatening phone calls can be a reason to file a restr. order. But, most of these cases I read about are related to domestic violence or stalking. Where does Adnan fit into all of this? IMO, nowhere. Wasn’t Sam the one calling Britney’s hair stylist to get to her or relay a message to her? Didn’t Sam try to talk to Jamie too? Wasn’t it said that Sam was the one who was threatening to go public with personal and or false info about Britney or her family? What is it that they’re accusing Adnan of? Conspiring w/ Sam and Eardley to undermine the c-ship? Oh, please! Sam, if I’m not mistaken, hired Eardley last February to try to get Britney out of the c-ship from the very beginning and wanted the case heard by a Fed. Crt. Am I right? Linking Sam and Adnan together doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t have any idea what Britney and Sam or Britney and Adnan discussed by phone. How would anyone know that they were conspiring to do anything? Was Britney’s cell phone tapped? Maybe. Maybe not. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that it was. Perhaps that’s why she was using the pre-paid cell phone instead of her own personal cell. For privacy. There’s not much they can pin on Adnan. And even if Sam was using Adnan to get to Britney indirectly, it’s not a crime. I say that because the TRO against Sam ended in July 2008. It didn’t get extended. The was no restr. order against Sam anymore. He just agreed to not bother Britney anymore. And Britney too said she didn’t want anything to do with Sam either. So, neither kept their word. But that’s still not any reason to get all legal about it. But, hey, that’s just me. Okay,I’m done. Later,guys.

Fantasy that is exactly why I dont understand why the judge agreed to the TRO against him in the place. If they don’t have anything to show for it then why place him under one. Still makes no sense to me.
