Zac And Vanessa – Engaged?

Are there wedding bells in the future for “High School Musical” couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens?  The National Enquirer has reported Efron proposed last month while the pair were on a trip to Japan together, and a source told DigitalSpy:

“Zac is relieved to be out of the pressure cooker, because Vanessa’s mother has been putting serious heat on him to make an honest woman out of her daughter. She is old-school and doesn’t approve of Vanessa living with Zac without some type of wedding promise.”

If it’s true, good luck, guys! You sure make a cute couple. Although I’m sure this will break the hearts of millions of tweens who are dreaming of marrying Zac when they grow up!
