Britney Hangs Out In Tampa
Britney Spears’ “Circus” tour rolled into Tampa, FL, last night and the singer seemed to have both a wardrobe malfunction and a technical glitch at the same time.
As she finished a song and the lights went down, Britney could be heard saying “My [body part] was hanging out.” This moment was immortalized in numerous YouTube videos today.
Hey, if she was onstage in front of thousands of people and felt a breeze where she shouldn’t have, who could blame her for being upset? But I guess this answers the questions about whether she has a live mic in her hand.

I have waiting for this to happend.
Looking at Madonnas costumes, seeing how they in this certain area are made of NOT spandex material, I was afraid that one day, after been used several times, this spandex would get “soft” in Britneys custom.
So this is not a god work done by the ones who made, at least this kind of work.
Obligation to do a lesson again, for them
Look at Madonnas work, use dubble material, almost padding! NO Spandex!
