Brown Manager Denies Affair

Does the lady protest too much? The latest volley from Team Brown is a statement from Chris’ manager Tina Davis denying the report by TMZ that she had an affair with her much younger client and is the woman who sent the booty call text message which instigated his beatdown of GF Rihanna. According to E!, Davis issued this statement via attorney Marshall B. Grossman: 

“The relationship between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown is that of manager and client. There has never been any other relationship. The rumors in circulation are false. There are no emails between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown of the type which have been described in media reports. If the source of the false rumors is identified, legal action will be taken. Given the nature of the legal issues affecting Mr. Brown, Ms. Davis will not be making any further statements.”

Now we really want to see those phone records. Who is the mystery “lady?” If Team Brown succeeds in getting a plea deal, we may never see them but if the D.A. insists on a trial, all the dirty laundry could be spread out for the public to see. Or maybe there will be another “leak,” like the one of the police photo showing the battered Rihanna.
