Britney Wishes Fans “Merry Christmas”

Did Britney Spears forget what month it is or suddenly remember that she neglected to send out last year’s Christmas cards? But at least we know she actually has a live mic—some of the time.

The NY Post reports that during her performance last night in Washington, D.C., the singer inexplicably yelled out “Merry Christmas” in the middle of her song “Do Something.” View the video here. 

No word yet about what she meant, but we learned earlier this week that Brit’s been acting as Santa Claus for a whole lot of lawyers.
