Mel B’s Sweet Sale

Now is not the greatest time to be trying to sell your multi-million-dollar home—just ask the famous names who’ve seen their pricey real estate linger on the market for months.

But the LA Times reports former Spice Girl Melanie Brown was lucky enough to unload her swanky Hollywood Hills pad for a cool $3.14 million, after listing it late last month for $2,999,999. 

Real estate agent Charmaine DeGraté told the Times, “Given the current economic and real estate markets in Los Angeles, Melanie and Stephen [Belafonte] are delighted. They plan on expanding their family and will need a larger home.”

Since the last house had has four bedrooms and four baths, they must be planning to do quite a bit of “expanding!”
