Adnan’s Hearing Begins
Former paparazzi Adnan Ghalib arrived at the Van Nuys, CA, courthouse this morning for the first day of the preliminary hearing pertaining to his scheduled trial for felony assault. The L.A. County District Attorney has charged Ghalib with three felonies: assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit and run.
UPDATE: TMZ reports a judge has ruled there is enough evidence to prosecute Adnan Ghalib for all three charges and he will be arraigned on July 23.

I love you JFX but today was the LAST of the preliminary hearing process.
Also, Adnan has already plead not guilty on May 4, during the arraignment?
We’re going to trial because a) Adnan plead not guilty b) if a plea bargain has been offered he has not accepted it and c) the D.A. convinced the judge that she reasonably has enough evidence to proceed to trial.
