Justin And Jessica – Over Or Not?

Happy together or headed for splitsville? When it comes to Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, it depends on whom you ask.
US Weekly claims the couple have split, while People counters they’re still together. E!’s Ted Casablanca says the always on-and-off couple are very close to being permanently “off,” even though they continue to be seen in public together. Ted sez a pal of couple dished, “They are always off and on. But it’s usually a pretty one-sided decision whenever they are ‘off.’”
Ouch! Sounds like Jessica is having trouble holding on to her hot guy. I’m inclined to side with Ted on this one. I expect to see Justin back in circulation soon—if he isn’t already. Right, Rihanna?

Miley Tours Despite Throat Pain

Miley Cyrus has just started her Wonder World tour, but is already having problems.
The tween queen has been hit was a case of strep throat that forced her to take a 15 minute break from her show in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night. So far, Miley has not cancelled any shows and is scheduled to play in Omaha tonight. The very busy “Hannah Montana” star spent all summer filming the movie “The Last Song,” has a new EP out and has done a teen-trendy clothing line for Walmart. Now she’s on tour, and still has to film the final season of “Hannah Montana.”
The hard-working 16-year-old told People, “I’m a little tired I will admit but I’m just taking it easy when I can and take care of myself.” Isn’t it time Miley took a break?

Matt’s Back – Showtime Has Him

After taking several years off to lick his wounds from the failure of his last series, former “Friends” star Matt LeBlanc is returning to TV.
Showtime has announced that the actor will star in a “comedy series about a British couple whose hit UK show is turned into a dumbed-down American sit-com” starring LeBlanc as himself. Well, we know he has the “dumbed-down part” down pat already. Entitled “Episodes,” the show will debut on Showtime and BBC Two in 2010.
While this doesn’t sound like a guaranteed winner, it’s gotta be better than “Joey.”

Dennis Hopper Hospitalized

A Hollywood icon has been hospitalized in the midst of a busy media tour.
Dennis Hopper, the 73-year-old veteran actor and filmmaker, was taken to a New York City hospital Wednesday suffering from what the AP has described as “stomach ailments usually associated with the flu.” Hopper was in the Big Apple to do press for the Starz TV show “Crash,” in which he plays a music producer.
