“The Hills” star Kristin Cavallari knows how to use her feminine wiles to get out of a jam. When the actress parked her BMW in a no-parking zone on Sunset Boulevard and Gardner in West Hollywood, she returned to find a tow truck about to haul it away.

According to RadarOnline, Kristin managed to sweet talk the traffic officer into letting her off with just a ticket. The blonde beauty was able to drive off in her vehicle—and hopefully, will know better than to do it again. She might get a female cop next time!
