Pauly Sues His Bro

Comic actor and former MTV veejay hasn’t been in the public eye much recently, but how his family problems re making the news. Pauly, his brother Peter and mom Mitzi Shore are the longtime Directors of The Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip, which has launched the careers of numerous stand-up comics. Mitzi has always been the driving force behind the club, but in recent years, she has suffered from Parkinson’s Disease, and the management has been taken over by Peter Shore.

Now RadarOnline reports Pauly has filed suit against Peter, accusing him of elder abuse towards their aging mother who has been “rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition.” Pauly contests his ousting from the club’s board of directors and wants to see its financial records. It sounds like this family fued will have to be settled in court.
