After pleading No Contest to leaving the scene of an accident last month, Adnan Ghalib was sentenced today to 45 days in jail with credit for one days served. He will also serve probation and community service and be required to take anger management classes. This all stems from an incident earlier this year when process servers tried to serve Adnan papers and instead were allegedly run over by Ghalib as he fled the scene. Three of the more serious felony counts were dropped.

Adnan Ghalib pleaded no contest to felony hit and run in a Van Nuys courtroom today. Judge Speers ordered Ghalib to server 45 days of jail time as well as 45 days of community service. Ghalib must also attend anger management courses and will serve three years of probation. The two counts felony assault with a deadly weapon and felony battery were dropped as part of the plea deal. Ghalib was facing a potential 7 years of jail time stemming from an incident in which a process server alleged Ghalib used his car to assault the process server as he tried to serve Ghalib restraining order papers. Ghalib must surrender himself to Los Angeles County Jail on or before November 26, 2009.

Seal and Heidi Klum renewed their wedding vows as part of their 4 year wedding anniversary in style yesterday! The couple has always been known to seriously enjoy dressing up in costumes and they spared no expense on their ‘white trash’ themed wedding, complete with an ordained Elvis impersonator, mullets and pigs in a blanket Hors d’Oeuvres. Heidi was dressed in a white lace body suit and corn rows and Seal was dressed in what I can only describe as Kevin Federline Chic and mullet wig. We’ll have more pictures later.

So here’s video of Adnan Ghalib leaving court earlier today. Looks a lot like the last time he went to court, I know, but in our defense, he is wearing a different tie this time. This time around, the court has set a preliminary date for the felony trial to begin and from tactics by the prosecutor it should be quite a ‘circus’ when trial really starts! So after sitting in the court room with Adnan for at least 30 minutes, the D.A. decided to wait for the cameras to roll and try to have Adnan served with not only a restraining order on behalf of the allged victim Ram Maskowtiz, but also a second restraining order for Britney Spears!!! I guess turing around in her seat and handing the restraining order papers to Adnan and his lawyer before the cameras rolled would have been to easy. So rather than do it the easy way, the D.A. decided to risk looking like a fool live on the internet and have double the restraining orders against Britney Spears issued under the guise of Maskowtiz’s order. Adnan’s lawyer seemed to expect the restraining order from Maskowtiz, but was close to outraged to hear that the D.A. was in a sense recruited by Jaime Spears to serve the second pointless restraining order.

In the D.A.’s defense, Jaime Spears’ lawyers are pretty intimidating. Fortunately, the judge saw through the media ploy and denied the second restraining orders. And by the way, did you also see the embarrassment on the D.A.’s face when Adnan’s lawyer showed the court the blacked out pages of the supposed photos of the scene of the crime?!?! Priceless. I almost felt sorry for her.

So here’s some video of Black Eyed Peas singer Will.I.Am riding around on a three wheeled motorcycle without a helmet on. I’m not sure how helmet laws work in other parts of the country, but here in California, it’s the law. Anyway, I don’t know if I can sensationlize it any more than that, but at least I tried.

Lindsay Lohan was seen visiting a lawyers office in Century City and it must have gone great because after that, Linds took little sister Alli with her to a Beverly Hills salon. Not to let a potential Lohan life lesson go by, Alli learned a valuable lesson about paparazzi laws.

Samantha Ronson and Benji Madden were seen arriving at the DCMA store in West Hollywood, Ca. after sharing a coffee in Larchmont Village.

Here’s some more footage of Robert Downey Jr. and company on the Pasadena set of Iron Man 2 yesterday. Also seen were Gary Shandling, Sam Rockwell and Don Cheadle.

Iron Man 2 began shooting yesterday and I couldn’t help but reminisce about my experiences from the first set, but that’s another story. So yesterday, we managed to grab some pics and video of just about everyone EXCEPT Mickey Rourke and Scarlett Johansen. Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, a quick glimpse of Gweneth Paltrow, Sam Rockwell and even Gary Shandling. RDJ was walking around set with a prop Iron Man 2 lunch box which I can only assume is full of cigars as he puffed away while being chauffered around in his Bentley. RDJ is the man for sure.

Kevin Dillon was seen filming scenes for the HBO show Entourage on the 6th Street bridge in Downtown Los Angeles. Dillon’s character, Johnny Drama is seen driving the famous Caddy from the opening sequence. Entourage has been one of my favorite shows and not because of the actual characters or story lines. But because they actually film in and around Los Angeles. They don’t try to pull a fast one on us and try to fool us into thinking Vancouver is Downtown L.A. or Melrose Ave. When they’re supposed to be on Melrose, they actually film on Melrose!

I’m not sure what to make of Heidi Klum’s “photoshoot” held the other day on Rodeo Drive in the heart of Beverly HIlls. For one thing, the photographer didn’t seem to mind that paps, Heidi’s bodyguard and the mask wearing creepy kids were in the shot. Perhaps I’m not avant garde enough to grasp their objective, all I know is we got some awesome and creepy video to show you because of it.

Christina Aguilera shopped for lingerie the other day at the classy Agent Provocateur lingerie shop on Melrose Ave. To be honest, Christina shopped at Barney’s, Fred Segals and had lunch before shopping for lingerie, but be honest, would you rather see a video of Christina Aguilera shopping for lingerie or shopping for socks? I rest my case.

Since I can’t write about Britney Spears on my own website due to censorship claims of copyright infringement, I will take the opportunity to speak out on a separate site.

The world needs to know that Jamie Spears is controlling Britney through this conservatorship.

JFX obtained an “alleged” voicemail left by Britney Spears, on January 21, 2009, at 12:29 a.m., contesting the conservatorship, saying she worries her father Jamie will take her kids away from her.

“Hi my name’s Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, you know, he’ll take my children away.

I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process of you guys taking care of everything that things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That’s it, bye.”

Courtney Cox is seen on the Van Nuys set of Cougar Town wearing a full length white parka to stave off the cold or the paparazzi. Either way, with the luck the cast of Friends has had with spin offs and other telesvision ventures, she should be running around in a bikini to help generate early publicity. And Joey sucked so don’t even bring that up!

OctoMom Nadya Suleman brought home the first two of her eight babies to her La Habra home and Pap 101 was there to help her welcome them home. We arrived at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Bellflower earlier in the day and from the looks of it, she had more to worry from the crack security team than the Paps. You can see them man handling her almost causing her to spill coffee over herself. And of course, the welcome home she received later that night from neighbors and media when she finally arrived home in La Habra.

It’s been a while since our last Pap 101. A lot has changed but it all seems the same. Long hours sitting with fellow paps leads to some highs and lows throughout the day. Fortunately, we managed to catch a few highs and a not-so-bad low the other day while on Nadya Suleman. Without further introduction, Pap 101, with special guest  commenter, Stephan, or as he’s known on the streets, Douche.

The Octo Mom, Nadya Suleman continues her love/love relationship with the paparazzi’s attention as she went banking and shopping the other day. Sure, she said she wants her life back, but seriously, even after spending a couple days on her, I have to say that she absolutely loves the attention and notoriety. I’m not saying she’s a bad mom but still, she’s crazy. I know that term’s not used much anymore but still, if I had to sum this woman up in one word, it’d be crazy. Allegedly of course.

Never mind that it took seven cops to make sure Nadya could bank and shop.

Suge Knight spoke to us as he was leaving the Beverly Regent Hotel and he spoke about his ‘mad love’ for Chris Brown.
