Sam Objected To Court Commissioner
Even though he has agreed to the restraining order against him being extended for another month, Sam Lutfi is not through fighting. He’s been absent from the media but I guess we haven’t heard the last from Sam. He filed papers last Friday objecting to the Superior Court commissioner assigned to Britney’s conservatorship case. His one-sentence filing said: “Please take notice that Osama “Sam” Lutfi will not stipulate to the above-referenced case being heard by Reva Goetz, commissioner presiding, to whom the above-entitled case has been assigned.” Lutfi signed the document and indicated he was representing himself. The papers did not reach the courtroom in time for Monday’s hearing. Sam can go back to court on April 16 (when his restraining order expires) and ask for a judge to be reassigned to the case. And yes, he can do this. All parties in a case have to agree to the commissioner hearing the case.

He needs to leave Britney the hell alone. He has a life before he came into her life. He should go back to that and get some friends. Managers get fired all the time and move on. Why’s that hard for him?
Britney’s parents are putting her under a budget and they have people hired to take care of her career stuff like her gig on How I Met Your Mother and many more. Sam is no longer useful. Under his care, she did no work on TV or her album promotion. He has the nerve!

This excuse for a male is a total joke. He’s too conceited to realize his day is done. That idiot Sands has hooked himself to a waspish little donkey who is still chasing the carrot now now dangling forever out of his reach. How on earth anyone can take Sands seriously is beyond me. Of course some of these idiots are tolerated if they have their uses, which could be as basic a reason as to provide the real players with a few laughs.
