Brit’s Donation

sp1.jpg

No one ever accused Britney Spears of not being generous, so I’m not surprised about the news that she donated $25,000 after watching Idol Gives Back last night. She was especially touched by the children in Africa suffering from malaria, the report also states. With her dad’s permission, Britney reportedly made a donation using her American Express card. Nice plug for Amex, by the way. I’m sure this act of kindness only makes Moby love her more. Super producer Moby recently told press that he’s in-love with the pop star and would marry her in a minute. I’m sure there was a bit of irony in his voice when he said this, but a Britney/Moby union might be interesting, if only for the Blackout remixes.

You forgot to mention the rest of what Moby said. Something about the fatter she gets the more he loves her. He must be using her name for press just like everyone else has.

Tell us how you really feel Marg!

  3. Rehema Says:

Moby is a vegetarian and I think at one point he said he likes vegetarian women. He dated Natalie Portman (a vegeterian) and it didn’t work out. I don’t know how he would like Britney with those starbucks with whip cream, pinkie berry deserts, taco bell, burgers and stuff.

I read his comment about how the fatter she gets the more he loves her and it grossed me out. He didn’t mean it at all. Why doesn’t he get fat himself if it’s good for people’s health? I have to admit the fatter Britney got, the more interesting she became. It’s weird. Maybe that’s what Moby meant.

  4. doc1955 Says:

    Moby is quite a Dick.

    Britney is perfect.

  5. Rehema Says:

Oh, I forgot to comment about Britney’s Idol Gives Back. That was very generous of her.

However, I think Birth Control is what the world needs. We can pour all the money we have into these causes but if people keep having more children for others to look after, I think we are wasting our time. I’ve lost count of how many times people and I have donated money and still things will never change.

I just don’t understand how a man and a woman can lay down and decide to have a child when they know they won’t afford to feed the child or afford medical care for the child. Is the sex that good to forget about everything? In a round about way, I think the drive to populate is so strong in them it overrules their ability to feel the suffering of the living. If you know the living are suffering, why bring another in the suffering world of the living?

You help one child today and another one is born tomorrow for you to help take care of. And another child and another and another. It goes on and on. We are stuck in the same cycle over and over again. Birth Control will give everyone a relief.

  6. Rehema Says:

    lol @ Doc.

  7. doc1955 Says:

So the cure for the children in Africa with malaria is birth control?

Birth control is what the world needs.

Damn, why didn’t I think of that?!!?

  8. Rehema Says:

Yeah, Birth Control will ensure there a few malaria victims which means the malaria problem will be easier to handle.

The entire world needs Birth Control. Even our beloved U.S. The economy is not growing at the rate of births. At one point or another in future the system will be overwhelmed if we keep on. Populations have never been this high in human history.

  9. MH Says:

reh, in many villages the women are being raped. not all of them are choosing to get pregnant.

in many villages the relief is stolen before it ever has a chance to get to the villages.

  10. Rehema Says:

MH, I understand all that. Then It’s safe for me to say that it’s the men who love to see their offsprings suffer. For the men, the sex is so good, they forget about the suffering (child) they will create out of it. The men not only bring children into this world knowingly to suffer but they drag women into watching the kids suffer and die.

Do you know the men (fathers) are never present? Every time I see those images, it’s always the mothers who have to watch their child die. I mean, these men torture these women physically (rape) and pyschologically (watch their kids die).

Maybe we should focus on providing Birth Control to women of child bearing age. Atleast the men can rape (I hate to say it) but they can’t populate the place with suffering children.

  11. Amapola Says:

We have talked about why there is no Birth Control Pill for men too? The Man Pill!

Then no man can be father whitout his own approval.
Why its not any pill for men jet is very strange.
    Don’t you think?

    About Britney.
Is it true or a gossip about the giving. I think she shall do what she want, but I dont know if its only a rumor, or a lie?

Dont like that they say the info come from the inside of her “home”.
    That is really disturbing.

  12. doc1955 Says:

I am at a loss for words.

  13. Amethyst Mine Says:

What I find false is, “It was her own idea.” If it’s a true story … why put that in, like she’s a ding a’ling or something.

Oh and she Google’d for more information.

    Beyond silly, it’s stupid.

  14. josieane Says:

The big problem in Africa , it’s the civil war , Like in Darfour , went the rebel enter in the village the rape all women and the young girl ,
I still dont undrestand why ours contry ( canada and Usa ) dont doo something about the Darfour !!

  15. josieane Says:

Ronnie dont you have some picture for us !? Adnan !? i say Uli taking picture of Adnan !?

  16. Rehema Says:

Amapola, you have got a point there. The male Birth Control pill is still in research. We all can’t wait until the men can only father with their approval. It’s an excellent idea and I’m all for it. However, we have to deal with the problem (suffering kids) we have with what we have now (female birth control). We can’t afford to wait until the male birth control comes on marktet to try to deal with this.

But the question is, do men want it? I’ll give you the example of the story of the varsectomy. Men do not want to have varsectomies even if they don’t want to have more children or no children at all. Do you think they will buy into this all Male Birth Control?

For men, the ability to have kids is strongly related to the way they view their manhood. They want to control women using children and they just love to saw their seeds. Deep inside most men, however much they say they don’t want kids, they do. They just want to make their little mini-selves who will —-I’ll qoute one guy I know—”…will drive the girls crazy.”

  17. Rehema Says:

Josiene, there is no oil in Darfur which means Canada and the U.S. have no interests to protect there. They have tried diplomacy but we all know that has never worked. The genocide is likely to continue and the world will look on.

Ofcourse, war has always been some kind of an African culture there. The men again fight these wars. They enter a village and rape all the women and young girls. The women and girls get pregnant with these rapists’ children. These children of war are born in unstable environments (no food, no clean water, no medical care, nothing). The U.N then tries to feed many of these rapists’ children as they can.

Do you think those rapists even care that the kids suffering out there are their own?? No ma’am. They assume that because the women they raped were “enemy women” therefore, the children those women have are not theirs. Here we have fathers (rapists) who do not recognize the children they forced in this world. That’s how twisted it has gotten.

Still I stand by the idea of providing free Birth Control to child-bearing women in these places. But I have a feeling the men in these regions will go against it. They just love to see their children suffer. It’s like a jungle out there. Survival of the fittest. But they forget that no one is fit without food or medical treatment. Without free Birth Control, I see nothing but endless suffering.

  18. josieane Says:

You no what Rehema, the genocide in Darfour make me sick , I am shy to be Canadian !!!
Like i always be about the genocide in Rwanda.
Canadian army are in Afghanistan since meedle of the 2005 , most of canadian people think that or place is in Darfour and not in Afghanistan !!
our armed were supposed to make peace , of the humanitarian aid!! it is rather the war which they make, and several soldier are killed, the armed Canadian one were recognized, front, for its humanitarian aid

  19. Radar Says:

Rehema, your opinions on rape are very twisted. People like you are examples of why this world has become so disturbing and sickening. Going to school can fix that. The last thing those women and children need is birth control. What they need is for those men to stop the torturing, and the raping of those women. Plus, those men DO NOT care if their children are suffering, most of them probably have no idea they have a child(or children).

    ——————-

Anyway, on to Britney, it’s great that she gave money to this cause they need as much as they can get.

  20. Rehema Says:

Radar, the men will not stop torturing and raping. I’m telling you they won’t. You know this has been going on for years and its likely to continue. It moves from one country to another.

You can’t use my opinions as the reason why this world has become so disturbing and sickening. Why use me and my opinions? I’ve never tortured fellow men like that. Don’t you think I know these rapists don’t know that they have children out there suffering?

What I don’t understand is how a man can rape a woman and expect no child to come out of it? These men have heard of the stories. They know how babies are made. Please, give me a break. I think they don’t recognize these children because they are from “enemy women.”

What reason do you have against free Birth Control for women in these places? I mean, there you are criticizing me and I want to know your case. Present it.

  21. doc1955 Says:

Look at my Loveheart! Go on and get your debate on Girl!

She’s grown so much. There was a time she would just spew out nonsense. Now at least she spews it out and has a defense to accompany it.

    I’m so proud of her.

    Talk about growth.

  22. Rehema Says:

lol…is that a compliment or what? Stop, you’re making me blush. lol
