Brit & Kevin Settle Custody Issues
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reached a custody settlement today. Kevin will retain sole custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden Jaymes, 1. Britney will keep her visitation rights, which includes two regular visits and one overnight visit per week. Under the settlement, Brit’s visitation rights will also increase as time goes on. “The case has been settled,” Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells People Magazine. “This is the end of a two-year journey.” Meanwhile, in Brit’s camp, attorney Laura Wasser claims that Britney is very happy with the settlement and that the singer did win more custodial time with her sons. And the two boys are actually spending time with their mom this morning, according to Wasser. The court has yet to sign off on the agreement, but Kevin Federline is said to be due in court today. Thank goodness Brit and Kevin settled this and avoided going to trial. The last thing Britney needed was a drawn out court session.

Britney trust Wasser, and I believe they both did the the right thing for the kids sake.
As long as Britney and the kids are together, oo, we shall all feel joy.
In time to come, there will be more joy, I´m sure.
Nothing compare with our own mom when you we are little boys.

I dont know about how Britneys feel and I dont know if she have anything to improve…She seams to be very OK of the pics and videos I have seen.
I think this is just a legal way to end a very dirty “history”
At least we will be free from hearing Kaplan for a while?? Don’t we?

I dont care a bit about mr Federlines feelings..Thats the truth. I dont like that man at all. I dont want to call him a man. He make babies. I dont know if he is a impostor, but he sure have act like one.
In the future the growend up kids will have all the info about Britney AND Kevin. They can make their own mind of whats going on..( it will not help anyone to talk bad about mother or father inside their different homes. They feel and know whats going on)
Hard when the parentes dont love each other any longer, but one thing they can be sure of, their mother was Very Very much in Love with their father, and they was loved even before they was borned.

Ama, I knew I was off by a bit with that song.
At times I put Eminem as Britney, not K-Fed. There seemed to be a few themes that rang true more for the kids than the parents.
Like you, I don’t care about Federline’s feelings.
He’s self-interested and a bum. Sleaze.
I didn’t know what to think yesterday (I was a little sad), until I heard Wasser’s statements. I thought it was amusing by the way, how she took a truthful dig (elbow jab?) at Mr. Kaplan about his “press conference.”
Wasser is one smart dignified cookie. Anyway, sorry if I was confusing.

Time, consistency in life and peace of mind. It takes time to get over trauma.

We’re back a bit earlier than planned. Phew! No time to get on line there and a bit jet lagged right now but worth it!
It’s so good to know things are working well for Britney and the the plan is going to plan. Her little rugrats are so sweet looking you can guarantee they are mischievous little sods and smart too. Sean sure has the curiosity of a clever one and the cheeky humor to go with it. Once all the kafuffle has receded in the short memory of the horrible gossip ragsters, maybe Britney and Adnan will be able to be seen in public again. What you think? Must be frustrating for them but they have to be doing it well. Britney is doing a super job. Really great. She has great strength of mind and the Spears are tough cookies. Jamie Spears is one very clued up guy to put that top-notch team together. Especially Ma’am Wasser. She has a brain like a Toledo Steel rapier, sharp as! Hey Amapola, Gigi, Amethyst Mine, Nosey. The horrible teenager is enjoying college. His girlfriend has probably made the difference. He has become almost bearable. LOL It’s raining buckets here. Evel is so pleased because the tiny lake on the farm has filled to the brim. The freshwater crayfish are growing. If the ducks don’t get them first, he has plans for feasting in the summer. The rotten dog is out of quarantine too. 8 weeks and the all clear. Bro’s dogs love him, probably because he’s mostly hair and warm to sleep with. The bro has made one of the guest bedrooms the dog bedroom. WITH reverse cycle air conditioning. He’s crazy but the best kind of crazy. lolol

Hey Amapola. Giving up smoking was made easier with medication ‘Varenicline Tartrate.’ After about a week taking that, ciggies taste DISGUSTING and you don’t get the cravings. At least, I haven’t. So far, so good.

Cloud it is so nice to hear you feeling so physically health and in good spirits.
Are you in green or black olive season? We are in green. A small family of immigrants came by the other morning, and picked the ones across the street. I said hello and offered a cup of coffee to the wife. Very nice exchange. Most of us earlier immigrants have lost the art of curing olives.
Olive trees are scattered about the city as landscape. I’ve seen olive groves in Turkey so may imagine how you are living.

I’ve been analyzing the media, blogs, and users on blogs. It seems that the better B is doing, the more underhanded and sneaky are the attacks. Blog users, anti-B, seem more vicious, violent than before when they were “winning.”
As an update, since you didn’t have much Net access, TMZ began running the A&B rumors beginning the 4th of July weekend. Why and is it helpful to the Spears family? BH has brought up A, 3-4 times in the past few weeks always in unfriendly potentially damaging language.
I am suspicious about x’s last story on their paps loitering at the fire access road and being arrested. (remember I am the paranoid one on the board but also instinctively protective of our little family here - MT has educated us well).
What I am reading into all of this is that it isn’t in the Spears’ family best interest for these rumors to be generated just now.
In daydreams I imagine Jamie and Lynne giving a public statement in the future that will forever exonerate the name of Ghalib, and credit him with the role he has played.
I also hope someone will write the true and daring account of our jfxonline family. Wouldn’t the world be surprised, more peaceful and inspired to be what my father and his generation define as a “good man.”

I like Griffin, but she is not use to let other speak..It was a very messy gibbering show.
I get really wondered.
This was really a cultural “chock” for me. I can’t believe all the foolish thing I heard. And people talk and act like it was OK/normal!!!??!!!
Adnan give Griffin one honest answer, an true anser from him as a person used working in the papz branch. (The money is always the first question.) Then they try to talk about moral and justice, but as I say, there it was huge hole in their minds..Scary..or is this only a cultural “thing”?

What she said about the media getting into and influencing what happens in the courthouse is “news to us.” Oh yes, we saw it happening in Britney’s case but not from the inside of the courthouse.
I hope CNN will break the case and air that news again. It’s WRONG. Legal cases are physically relocated where public opinion or influence, based on publicity, might influence a jury … or whatever. I don’t pretend to understand all of it. I would like to know more about the media in the courthouse. (Ama, we have a good legal system but I have posted before that I have seen people lie on the stand, including a police officer. It is not perfect but better than some countries abroad.)
I sent a note to CNN asking them to break the case on this “media influencing court cases.” No harm in asking.
p.s. Kathy was also more foul mouthed than I have seen her but then I don’t follow her career. I enjoy her sense of entertainment but I wonder how whacked she is in her head at times, in a comical but serious almost compassionate way.
I hope she is fair to our mutual friend. He is gallant as are our friends at j.
