They Tried To Make Her Go To Rehab…

…but she said “no, no, no.” Ah, our little Amy Winehouse, back in the news again. This time around the singer was caught on video smoking crack, as reported by the London paper The Sun. I love “Rehab”, one of Amy’s best songs from her last album, Back to Black. If you’ve been under a rock and haven’t heard the song, it’s her singing about folks in her life wanting her to go to rehab, but she just keeps saying no, no, no. It’s catchy. Obviously, it’s not catchy enough for her, because she’s nowhere near going to rehab herself. Reports say she’s extremely depressed about her boyfriend, Blake Fielder-Civil, being in jail. He’s currently awaiting trial for charges including consipiracy and assault charges. Self medication is definitely easier than dealing with folks telling you what to do and Amy doesn’t strike me as a follower. Imagine if Amy and Britney hung out together. Ooh, imagine what that little encounter would be like. I just gave myself the shivers. At any rate, I’ll definitely post any updates on our little Amy as they come. And just as an added public service announcement - crack is whack. There you go.
