Anna’s Estate Goes To Dannielynn

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled today that 18-month old Dannielynn Birkhead will be the sole heir to her mother Anna Nicole Smith’s estate. A trust was also set up under her name. Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead will be co-trustees. This estate does not include the possible millions of dollars she could inherit from Anna Nicole’s ongoing court battle with ex-husband J. Howard Marshall’s children. That case, however, has been going on for years. I really hope Dannielynn will be kept out of the limelight by her dad, although he seems to enjoy it too much. This little girl really deserves to have a normal childhood. I wish her all the luck in the world.
